We have games where the ref(Mike Dean) blows exactly or 2 seconds short of full time whilst some teams get extra 20s to a minute.

We were great but Southampton were absolutely terrible, at least today will give the team a little confidence boost

I agree with you that they were crap, but I think that they were caught by surprise with our intensity. Within the first 20 minutes we had scored 3 and could have been 5 or 6, that’s bound to shake them. If we start like today and create chances at the Bernabéu, we can make them nervous and have a chance of winning.

What I especially liked today was going for it early rather than ‘feeling our way into the game’ where we don’t even make a decent chance in the first 20 minutes.

Also, going for the kill when we are ahead and on top.

2 things we don’t do enough but done it perfectly today.
