October 7, 20232 yr Frustrated me for the a good chunk of the first half but once he got into his groove they couldn't live with him and he carried that into the 2nd half as well. Very good performance, more like his old self.
October 7, 20232 yr Best player by far today, only player who actually tried to do anything in the attacking third, ran at the defence and was dangerous. Still saw the inconsistent side of him in the first half though, a better player does more with the ball over the top.

October 8, 20232 yr Needs to permanently be on the left where he can finish off chances, none of that RW crap where we are trying to make him a creator.

October 8, 20232 yr It is bizzare that our best and most consistent attacker has received the most criticism. 🤣🤣🤣 Sterling is a damn good player but he is not Hazard. Asking Sterling to be the main and only creator for the team is simply not sustainable, he is simply not good enough and he won't be able to consistenly be that guy. We need other player to step up.
October 30, 20232 yr I have praised Sterling many times but Brentford first goal was just Hazard level defending. And the dumb part is the same with our situation with Hazard, it is difficult to drop Sterling when he is by far our best attacker.
October 30, 20232 yr Sterling is the least of our worries at the moment. He's a threat unlike the rest of the attacking line up that offer no attacking threat whatsoever.
October 30, 20232 yr I think Sterling is part of the problem rather than being the least of our worries. He's inconsistent, and it's madness to think he was the senior player to be relied on to improve the problems on the pitch. Never been a world class player and always been frustrating more often then not.

November 2, 20232 yr Sterling intensity has drop big time recently and that is a problem. The "best" solution is to drop him, but dropping Sterling right now is like dropping Hazard. 🤣🤣🤣

For me Palmer's influence waned as the game wore on. Fair enough, he'd run himself into the ground. Sterling never stopped running, stronger as the game wore on. Whatever, two very good performances.
November 2, 20232 yr First name on the team sheet for me. Our only attacking player that can score a goal from open play but people still want to bench him because they watched 3 minutes of Madueke's youtube highlights.
