I would think Cucurella and Kovacic for Chilwell and Kante may be pre-planned.

Very impressive from Koulibaly on his debut, he's an absolute monster of a man. Sterling bright too.

As I have said before we have a left side problem. You can see how our offense flow quite well on the right because Kante can create overlap in that area. On the other hand our left hand side is basically a dead land unless sterling went there and just do his thing. 

 

We played on the left and Chilwell got the pen. If it wasn't a pen, it'd have been a goal for us or a red card to Everton.

Was City's top scorer over the last five years if I remember correctly, he's hardly priveliged. Not to mention he dragged England to the Euro 2020 final. Feel like he's crminally underrated by most football fans, though that could be a good thing as it's allowed us to bag him for such a cheap price

Agree. Mount has been average and Havertz has put in his usual 5/10 performance so far where you forget he is on the pitch.

Sterling will be a game changer for us given time.

He's always everywhere, even when he's half fit. 

We badly need a team like PSG to put in a 150m for Havertz. Cash in before everyone realises how average he is.

Agreed. Hopefully they improve second half. If not we have plenty of options on the bench though.

At least Glenn Hoddle has a balanced approach...all Chelsea games he says 'we' when referring to Chelsea..😂  About time we had some balance on EPL broadcasts rather than the City and Liverpool bias

Obvious improvements but boy do we need something up front. Sterling doing well but a goal scorer is priority.
