Jorgi, for sure, slows down play. But it is not him that is knocking it around between the cbs, out to Azpi, rinse repeat.

The Uninventive and unimaginative tactics , and our entire teams happiness to knock it around the back is a big factor

A lot of shout to take off all of our attacker. They have not been great but that is not the problem. None of our attacker are superstar so it is what it is. What we need to get more whoever play in Zakaria position. On paper we can bring Gallagher/kova for Zakaria but that is dangerous. I probably will bring kova/galalagher for jorgi.

We get bullied so often now and our fitness is so far below the rest of the league. Our lot play at walking pace and get injured when they try and play at a higher tempo.

That hasn't been able to happen because of poor recruitment. We are in this position because of the refusal to upgrade and strengthen midfield. 

We should get Jorginho on so we can get our foot on the ball

If I, a local idiot, can see that we need to make some sort of tactical switch and\or personnel change then why can’t the professional football manager we employ?

You don’t need your CBs to be creative, you need them to retain the ball and not make silly mistakes. Creativity should start with the midfield and Jorginho (as well as the other CMs to a lesser extent) is woeful at it.

spot on. We also really struggle to change pace. When we start slowly, we rarely ever are able to pick up the tempo. 

We have no midfield in any phase of play, be it attack or defense. So so poor. The supporting cast are a little lost also. 
 

This is a relegation fighting team, dominating us. Bournemouth bossed the second half. We’ve seen this so many times 

Don't worry everyone it's all gonna be fine. Another defensive transfer is incoming so that must definitely mean more goals and attacking prowess right?
