I think I saw his brother or coach can’t remember say he’s been working on his passing with his weaker foot, etc and it seems to be paying off. 

I feel redeemed 🙂 Delighted for him. Hope he builds on this. As I have always said, there is a player there, hence why I have been so vocal in my support for him.

Winstanley and Stewart have got to be licking their chops at the valuation / pure profit bump Noni can get them in the next week!

If we sell him now we are total idiots why sell for 30-40m now when we could get 75m+ after the season?

Also am against selling talents that are actually shining whilst players like mudryk, sterling, chilwell are at the club

Been saying since the end of last season - for me, he is the next in line to have a wonder season like Palmer had last season and become one of the hottest wide players in the league.

Agreed. He was our best player in pre-season and he is taken his form into the start of this season. He should be a regular starter on current form.

If you're going to be a sh*thouse on social media, you pretty much have to back it up on the pitch or you'll be mocked for eternity. He did that today, he was brilliant. His best match in a Chelsea shirt. 

As well as he played today, three from Palmer/Nkunku/Neto/Felix/Enzo will always get into the team ahead of him.

It's unfair to ask him to maintain this all-cylinders form for the entire season. It's inevitable that at some point his level will drop off, after which we will never see him again.

Maybe not score a hat trick every week, but he was brought here because his potential was so high, that potential could manifest into something this season that puts him ahead of the others.

He was brought here for his high potential, but that's exactly the same reason for purchase as the other 100 players who Clearlake have bought.

It would be great if he suddenly morphed into a standout world class player, but I think it's far more likely that those other 5 players will always be ahead of him when fit/assimilated.
