Yes France have been utterly boring. And as someone said earlier Mbappe is way out of form.

This is kinda the reality of international tourney. It is basicall tourney between tired players with 0 room for error

Would have gone Trent instead of Trippier with the security of CBs to cover.

Southgate hasn’t changed a thing other than what was forced by suspension? Still looks a four, or is it a 3 with Trippier left wing? I dont get it - we had a ready made left wing with Chilly!

Southgate genuinely deserves all the criticism he gets

Doesn't matter if Southgate changes the formation, the football is trash. Zero creativity, just get it out wide and hope Saka can sort his end product out. No clever passes, no clever movement, it's just complete dogsh*t.

If I was a neutral, having France and England in the semi finals would be a terrible look for the tournament, both teams have played some of the worst football I have ever seen.

I've just realised what Southgate's tactics are!.....bore the sh*t out of the opponent, put the fans and viewers to sleep and then steal a goal!....f**king genius! 👍😃

Bellingham on the left is a weird choice.

All I see is 3 players working hard around Kane while he walks around.

Kane is late in the box, late for every ball and every attack.

Saka and Bellingham should just shoot, literally no point of trying to pass to the striker here.

England need to get a few goals ahead before the Swiss bring their star man off the bench…

Southgate on track for another tactical masterclass ... a second successive game where we don't have a shot on target in the 90 minutes of normal time !

I said it before the tournament even started Southgate didn’t really want to play Cole Palmer and I’m still convinced he only brought because of the stick he would have got for leaving him behind. 
 

Palmer deserved a start based on what he’s done when he’s come on but he’s allowing Foden and Saka to play themselves back into form.
