Fire Old Pots and bring in Pochettino...?  He'd bring at least as much success as he garnered for his other clubs... 🥸🥸🥸

(mos def wanted a regime change tho...)

Hozay, Nags, or Maestro Conte please...

Coombsie, Hoddle had a worse win percentage for us than Potter!

Seriously?? I thought he was excellent for us, probably only remember the good times and what followed. Its my age you know 🙄

He was excellent, between him and Harding they rejuvenated the club, and started the rise of CFC to one of the top clubs in the World.

The bar was pretty low before Hoddle came in and we became a decent cup team but 3 seasons finishing 14th, and 11th twice wasn't great and we were bottom at Christmas 93 and looked in real trouble till we started picking up.

Still find it bizarre we have spent £80m+ on 2 back up fullbacks, and our 4 fullbacks will be earning around £700k/w between the 4 of them. It is wild and a total waste of resources, the new manager desperately needs top 4 or we will be in deep trouble without CL.

Seems we are steps behind the market because everyone keeps bringing up Pep spending £50m on fullbacks but he has stopped using them. With Arsenal and Liverpool following suit and using it effectively, will be interesting to see what Pochettino decides to do. Seems we got sucked into Tuchel’s obsession with the 3-4-3, and the whole world and even Tuchel at Bayern seem to have moved on.

Taking bottle jobs Spurs to a Champions League final and beating Pep's City on route is an achievement in itself.

This 100% i really feared he would have won it with them, what a nightmare scenario that would have been😳😳

Sissoko conceding an early pen and Kane not being remotely close to 100% fit prevented what would of been an utter disaster.

I honestly thought it was a written in the stars one given everything that went their way (late goal in Barca saving them of GS elimination, that City goal chalked off, Ajax comeback).

Went away that weekend specifically so I had a distraction if the unthinkable happened.

Please please please Pochettino…sign up and sort this mess out.

Lol look what we are reduced to, our fans pleading with a Spurs man to come save us. You gotta laugh.

I know, desperate times. Worrying thing is that I’m not reading too much about the deal being done or close. It’s all gone quiet. Hopefully they’re just finalising everything

I don't think there's ever been a manager with more leverage than Pochettino has.

10 years contract  for 100M, just insert a little clause to immediate dismissal if he annoys the owner  at the end of 30 pages contract.

If it’s not Pochettino then we are in massive trouble.

Yep. We could have moved on Allardyce but that ship has now sailed.

Thought Big Sam was holding out for the Juventus job myself.

What's Joey Barton up to? He'd at least probably seriously injure 15 or 20 players in training. Selection would be easier.

Manager himself at Bristol Rovers.

Whoever is the next manager has one hell of a job on their hands. Frank may have been awful, but the problems are much deeper. Unless the owners keep their noses out of the football side of things, I fear there will be plenty more bumps in the road too.

Think the most sensible move at this point would be to sack Frank and re-hire Potter. Potter was on the verge of getting a tune out of us. I can’t see anyone else having the insight into the squad to get results in the short term.

Yes, it’s going to look ridiculous but if he’s reading I implore Boehly to think of the bigger picture and consider it. Give Potter what he wants to take on the last five games, even if that’s £1 million a game. We just need to secure a result and then we can move on to next season.
