Just a random one from the last gameday thread.... there are plenty abusive just in the diabolical directors thread alone where you and your posse of sheep come in to attack myself and others who have different opinions. You went from calling me GPT, to bluehazed, to Evissy and can't recall other poster you claimed I was. All to throw shade at me for having a different opinion to yours.

You still crying? Clown by name, clown by nature. Leave these conversations to the adults x"

I mean, that's just pointing out the obvious. No abuse there.

Another game where he comes on and is a liability. Could have made a simple pass to Palmer for a certain goal, and then passes directly to a Fluminese player which resulted in an effort at our goal.

Guiu should be getting pitch time before Jackson this season.

It's rare to see Palmer angry. 2 years of frustration playing alongside Jackson will do that to you though.

Indeed. And he was proper angry too.

I'm not convinced he will actually be sold this summer, but I think as a fan you just know when a player's time to leave the club comes and it feels like that's come for Jackson. We've upgraded the centre forward position with 2 players so he's now third choice and one of them isn't even a proper number 9.

I really had high hopes for him but he isn’t the level we need right now we need clinical strikers…

His decision making is just garbage easy pass? He shoots… easy shot? He’ll pass or fall over

If a offer comes 45-50M + I’d take it any day and spend that on a proper goalie and a second LB

He’s really going to have to improve so many attributes of his game to get meaningful minutes. I don’t think we’ll sell him unless a good, 30-40M offer comes in - first time he’s had real competition so let’s give him a moment to react and hopefully grow. But his cameos, well, he’s going to have to show massive improvement in what we’ve seen. Third choice now, and some would argue Guiu should get that slot (if not a loan).

So much overreaction on here. Passing up a single opportunity to assist Palmer does not make him a useless c**t donkey.

As some on here try to tell us - He is just a streaky player.....

Perhaps we should try him wide left? Maybe that will magically help him not be sh*t at football?

What an awful player. Palmer was angrier than I’ve ever seen him. As palmer kicks the post Jackson looks up and says something but I cannot make it out.

He’s 3rd choice now and he knows it. He’s going to be awful tight sulky melt.

Just get rid of the brain dead fool

Champions League is a different animal than the Conference League and we are not going to have the luxury to rotate every single mid week. At the same time, I can't see the club going into this season with only Joao Pedro and Delap at center forward, they would both have to maintain a high level throughout the whole season, which is hard. This is why Jackson will come in handy at times, he is a decent option coming from the bench at both center forward and left wing. Don't think he will get sold unless someone comes in very late in the window with a big offer.

We could sell him to Newcastle as back up to Isak, a position they are now looking to fill. Take 30m-40m as somehow there remain some stats that still show him in something close to a favourable light.

We could then sign Callum Wilson on a free as he has just been released. He would be third choice so we could manage his minutes. He'd add valuable experience for free and when fit, he's measurably better than Jackson technically and a different universe in terms of attitude and temperament.

We also have Guiu in the squad, and I`d much rather we play him ahead of Jackson. For one he is good in the air which Jackson definitely isnt.

For me its Pedro/Delap 1st choice with Guiu next, and George as an option, though I would much rather he got time in his natural position its something he has shown he can do.,

I think that Guiu needs a loan this season where he is playing regular football. Best for his development right now. There was speculation that Delap coming here, sill see him go there on loan, but seems to have quietened down. But I think he needs a season in the Championship for regular football rather than sporadic minutes here.

A decent option? To play up front? As striker?

To quote men behaving badly “Are you mad? Are you madder than Brian Mad, of Madcastle? Are you?”

1 league goal in 7 months suggests he is not a “decent option”. Anyone who has watched him fumble, bumble and stumble himself to yet another miss can see he is not a “decent option”. Cole Palmer can clearly see he is not a “decent option”.

A back up striker or sub, needs to be able to come on, and change a game (for the better) - and grab us an unlikely goal when we look down and out? Jackson has NEVER looked like that person.

Yah... I only saw the highlights but he came on and gave us 2 more reasons for why we should get rid of him:

1) Gave Fluminense the ball from which they nearly got one back...

2) Decided to go for glory himself when Palmer was available for a tap in...

Unfortunately, he failed to pick up a yellow card so he's available for the Final.

Going from Barca to the Championship will be a hell of a fall, and it’s all down to the Club’s mismanagement. If he had stayed at Barca, he will be backup for Lewandowski and getting solid mins. You see Gonzalo Garcia at Real Madrid starting and looking like a capable deputy for Mbappe.

A loan move to Strasbourg competing with the injury prone Emegha, and getting solid mins in the Conference league will be perfect. Issue is club probably has 15-20 players that will benefit from the Strasbourg loan move.

Obviously sell Jackson but why is everyone pretending like there wasn't a defender between Jackson and Palmer?

When he shot, yes there sort of was. Way before he shot, no there wasnt. He had a clear easy pass to Palmer and chose to take another step and shoot.
