One of the worst 1st half performances I have seen in years. How are our squads so ill prepared for the league they play in every few days? It's been a sickness in our club for years and even when we bring in a whole new squad, the same problems persist. You must play with energy to have any hope of success in this league.

It also shows how both teams have developed since we played in August

We are at Anfield against the most in form team in the league who are top. It would have been a big ask to get something tonight. We are now longer the Chelsea of old and we don’t have the personalities in our side to get stuck in and match their intensity.

That doesn’t excuse us for being awful but it’s just where we are at the moment and it’s going to take time and a few iterations on this team.

They have been excellent. Deservededly top of the table. We have been poor and just about every bounce of the ball has gone against us. Hopefully we come out and give it a go.  

Well only 2-0 down, not sure how they aren't out of sight..

I wonder if poch may consider being positive tell caicedo NOT to pass it back to the defender every f**king time we have the ball in midfield.

Surely they are coached to go forward, our only players in space to pick up the ball are central defenders, doing my head in.

Starting to agree. If effort and running is the criterias for getting a starting spot here we might be better off recruiting from the London marathon. 

Nkunku and Mudryk on for Noni and Sterling. Also Gusto for Disasi. f**k them being unfit, they can manage 45 minutes.

Bet we won’t see changes after the break though, because according to Poch our season has been fantastic so far.

That is what we are dealing with. Lucky to keep this to about 3-0. Tactics are all over the place too, going long from the keeper to Madueke vs Gomez and Van Dijk. Shocking, and not enough quality. What a way we have fallen. I'd take Werner, Mount, and Havertz in a heartbeat.

Badiashile has been terrible. I have no idea what Poch has done with him.

Totally agree with you mate … remember the days when we used to match and/or beat Liverpool for intensity? We’re so far off the pace … no one winning their individual duals … no creativity ….

If Sterling isnt in contention for the next ballon d'or then someone needs to investigate the clear corruption

The lack of intensity from the players and lack of tactics from the manager are more disappointing than the scoreline, it's accepted that at the moment Liverpool are better than us, but we should at least look like we give a f**k.
