Nope, i don't care what offer comes in, i don't want us to sell him. I don't think he can be replaced. We should be adding players to the squad, not replace them.

There's no point selling any first team player if you don't have a replacement, no matter how much money you get.

Out of interest, would anyone want us to sell Hazard for £100m and if so, who would we replace him with?

He's worth more to us then any fee, he's central to everything we do attacking wise and he's almost irreplaceable for us.

Okay you sell him for £100m but you'd have to spend (for arguments sake) £85m to buy Antoine Griezmann.... Is it worth it? I don't think so.

I'd keep him and chuck a new contract at him.

He won't go this summer it will be next ..

real will go for de gea and aubameyang this summer that's 150m right there

I'm hoping they find enough players so they don't ever feel that they need Hazard.

He was linked with Madrid since he joined, nothing of it came to life. Doubt he would be a key player in Madrid among that many stars, he can't do much better than Chelsea. Plays every game, wins silverware and he is on huge wages where can he get all this?

Eden Hazard is adamant that he has no plans to leave Chelsea following reports that Real Madrid are set to launch a £100 million offer.

The Belgian is reportedly high on Madrid’s wanted list for the upcoming transfer window and it’s even been suggested that the 26-year-old’s representatives have been in contact with the Spanish champions over a potential deal.

But Hazard insists he is ready to stay at Stamford Bridge in order to help Antonio Conte’s side win back-to-back Premier League titles.

‘I’m good here. I’m at one of the best clubs in the world and I think I’m going to stay for a couple of years. I’m very happy,’ the Belgian told The Straits Times.

‘You can see on the pitch that I’m happy.

‘Next season, we will have the Champions League to play but we want to keep the Premier League trophy in Chelsea.

‘It’s going to be hard but we know [people] expect a lot from Chelsea now.

‘But now is the time to think about holidays.’

absolutely not. £150m might tempt me but i'd still need an awful lot of consideration. Best player in the country.

Unless the club is in the money making business like Arsenal, there's no point to sell a player like Hazard. Whatever money the sell could bring, it's almost impossible to buy a better or even equivalent player for his spot. Sure, we could sign 2-3 players, but we can't play 2 players in place of Hazard. The finance is fine, we don't need to sell to buy. We will keep him because we are in the business of winning matches and trophies. I reckon we will see about 10 50M transfers this window, for players who had a couple of good seasons, compare that to Hazard, 100M would be robbery.

interesting quotes from eden

The journalist obviously looking for a quote to link him with Real. Eden saying as it is "He's happy at Chelsea, wants to win more sliverwear at Chelsea but in football you never know." That could be said with any player.
Chelsea need to add players of Hazard's quality to the squad not sell them. I hope the club improve his contract and the same goes for Courtois.

Oh for f**k sake. That means he will miss pre-season and usually when a player misses pre-season, it takes them a long time to catch up with the rest of the team. The first few months of the season could be very difficult if our best player isn't match fit.......f**king international football, it's become more of a hindrance than anything else these days.

Should head back to London and use CFC's facilities. He'll be fine. He'll recover before the start of the season actually.

That would be the best case scenario. But then he will be short of match fitness. This would be best outcome.
