I thought Isco was the best player for Spain in the last World Cup.  I'd prefer Isco, but Asensio has more upside, think he'd be better on a counter team.

It's a lovely thought one of those two players, but sadly why would they come to us? We will more than likely be in the Europa League again, if there is a sniff either of these two are available the big boys will be all over it.

To be fair, if we lose Hazard, any player replacing him will be a downgrade. 

I agree with you. It's difficult to really find a younger winger in his level this days but I will be very happy to have Dybala, if that's not possible, Dembele or Martial will be manageable.

I do think that we need to try and get one of their high quality players in exchange. The market is difficult and we hold a key card with a Hazard. 

I just hope we don’t except Kovacic as part of the deal unless it’s with a real high quality player like Isco. Kovacic is a decent player but we will lack real star quality with hazard leaving.

I agree Martial will be difficult, but I don't see any reason why we can't sign Dembele who isn't settled in Barca or why we can't sign Dybala except for the fact that Marina won't like to spend. And that's why we will go for Zaha and gradually we are following Arsenal's footsteps.

I think hazard may have made up his mind, that if Madrid do come in for him, then he will go. 

However I don't think Madrid are even going to come in for him. Vinicius Junior is starting to look really good in that left wing spot, and Madrid have a bigger need for a striker, possibly a right winger, and a replacement for modric. 

They don't seem capable of spending what they used to, so I can see hazard staying. 

If I'm wrong and he does leave, I think they only player they have that really fits our needs would be asensio. Isco is wonderful player on his day aswell, but I don't think he has the pace to play on the left, or the work rate to play in centre midfield.

We don't need another Madrid cast off. We should take the money and invest in a younger player with a high ceiling in another position. We have Pulisic and Odoi to take those wide positions. If Hazard leaves of course it won't be easy to replace him, but it's gotta be done eventually because he's reaching 30.

We already have two young wide attackers with great potential. In what world do we need martial or dembele? Which means spending close to 100m on another unproven talent. I would rather we spend the money on a creative player and put money towards a world class striker if Higuain leaves.

Obviously he wants to leave otherwise he would have signed a contract. The problem for Eden is that Madrid don't want him it seems. He is just waiting for Madrid to hopefully come, but Courtious has not been the best at Real, so I doubt he can persuade Florentino Perez mind to go in for Hazard. 

 

In other words, we are his backup. He will sign if Madrid don't go for him.

 

As I said....... YAWN! 

Do Madrid really need him? I've said this before, I can't see why Madrid would want to spend so much money on him when they need to prioritise on replacing Ronaldo and getting in a goal scorer.

People are ready to exchange Hazard for Kovacic, since they are basically at the same level

With a big transfer fee... That's really going past your head isn't it. 

I actually don't care if he leaves. Might even force us to start being/building more of a team instead of relying on Hazard.

My reasoning is:  I don't think Dybala would ever want to come here, and I can't see Barca selling Dembele - especially with the way he has played recently and Messi aging.
