Fair enough, I've always stood by and said that Willian plays best when he's a squad player, I don't think I've ever really seen Willian in good form when he's consistently played game in game out.

Really stood out today how much Willian takes off the table in attack. CHO constantly put defenders under pressure and Willian does the opposite. 

The two CHO assists are a great example. He gets it 1v1 on the wing and immediately runs at the fullback without hesitation. Willian tends to slow things down and give teams time to recover when he's in that position.

We are idiots for not taking that 50m in the summer. Utter idiots. Could have played CHO, probably would have had him on a new contract with game time under his belt and put the money towards a new CF.

In a sense he looked like a right footed Robben to me. When he was on the left. He was looking to cut inside for his right footed shot and found traffic.  When he was on the right, he still went to open up crossed and still got off a wicked shot. You know Robben is going to go left, yet you still can't stop him. 

Hudson-Odoi tracked back well, and he was really good in the high press... really couldn't have asked much more of him today. It was a complete performance.

That's the brilliant part of having him. Our wingers now are only interested in cutting inside and leave crossing to our fullbacks. 

He's also very adept at switching play early which is something only Hazard does for us nowadays. Granted I've only seen him do it a few times. IMO this is a very important trait for the PL. Most teams recover quickly once they lose the ball and when you have players who are more interested in dribbling out of your own 1/3rd you ask for the middle of the pitch to be clogged with defenders.

Hudson-Odoi made 2 crosses in 1 game which Willian didn't produce this whole season so far. Clearly Willian should be on the bench and Hazard,Pedro and Hudson-Odoi should get playtime.

We have higher chance of Odoi leaving than your scenario.....sadly. Lets hope he is convinced to stay but only if he gets the time to shine, theres only so much you can show in training so yeah he needs playing time.

Willian is one of the true world class wingers still in his prime. His head was turned by Barcelona during the summer, explaining his lack of production. It would he best for his career, if Chelsea just swallowed their pride a d accepted this alleged  low ball offer from Barcelona, just as a thank you to a loyal servant of the club.
