Rumours of a loan resurfacing again today. 

If he isn't here this season I think that's curtains for his Chelsea career. 

Good game from him last night surrounded by poor midfielders (DD, Baka). Probably should have nicked a goal in the second half. 

He has improved, that's all you want, keep improving, if we keep seeing him on the pitch their is every chance he will improve quicker.

He is not bad, but he doesn't have enough intensity in the game for the moment. It's a big limit in a Sarri's team.

I aggree with that.

one point last night when he made a nice little back heel then just walked forward he needed to make a run into the space he created. 

He just needs to grab games by the scruff of the neck but he seems to hold back and play safe .

That was the one that annoyed me, the little flick was a complete waste of time as he took a man out of the game creating space then didnt bother to use that space. 

RLC looked pretty decent last night, I think he does play the game on to periphery though, but when he gets involved he looks great. Maybe it is down to how his career has gone so far, most of the time he has played for us, he is surrounded by quality, so rather than take control, he plays it very safe. Mikel was very similar in his first few season here aswell. 

I still prefer RLC to Barkley.

He had two good moments with his goal chances but other than that was wondering around the pitch aimlessly. I'm trying hard to see this supposed incredible potential but every time i just end up even more convinced he found his level at Palace.

Inserting over dramatic words that nobody used, good show old chap. You keep doing this, saying this or that has been said, but i don't ever see it.

I think it's fair, he's got a lot of hype lately, especially with getting into the England squad for the WC. 

We'll wait and see but I personally don't think he's good enough to start games here, him or Barkley.

Almost word for word what I  said to one of our customers today, if he's going to be a playmaker he needs to be looking for the ball whenever it's in the centre of the field. Still, I'm not going to write him off after an average performance last night, same with Tammy, there's two very good players in there somewhere.

This guys not that good if he was from Japan or Venezuela we would want him gone asap, in my opinion nate chabo was much better than this geezer!

I hope I'm wrong, but I'm totally convinced at the moment this boy hasn't got it to make it here. Mid to lower end prem is his level, a shame but that's life in the big city

He's here now, playing for the first team, that means he made it.

We'll see how many games or minutes he plays this season, it depends what you think is making it, in my eyes it's a player that gets on the pitch regularly during the course of a season, either starting or coming on as sub, if this doesn't happen and he goes off on loan somewhere and then that becomes a permanent deal then we would have to say he never made it. 

Crystal Palace have finalised deal to sign Swansea forward Jordan Ayew on season-long loan, medical today. Takes Loftus-Cheek role but also option up front. No more #CPFC arrivals expected but exits are with offers on table for likes of Puncheon & Riedewald (not going to #Swans)

I just want to see him given a real chance. Once that happens, i can finally make my mind up on if he is good enough or not. 

I think we've become a bit cynical when it comes to youth. 

If any other teams had a youth player play well in his first proper season and break into the England squad they would be going absolutely mental with high praises. Imagine if RLC was a Liverpool/Arsenal/United player, we would never hear the end of it. They would also most likely put him in their first team squad instead of block his progression. 

I understand the cynicism but perhaps save if for when he's actually been given a real chance in the team.

Maybe, but alternatively United fans/media went mental about Januzaj and Macheda even though it was clear to anyone watching both rationally that they weren't good enough.

Revered  players = Hazard, Kante

Prospective players = RLC Ampadu CHO

Basically all Chelsea players are exempt from the hyped list. As a lifelong Blue you should know that all Chelsea players are World class, even Bakayoko.

Hype would infer that i was exaggerating his skillset. I only speak straight facts about our lord and saviour: RLC.
