So many time’s we had a good break and he was just pondering towards goal. Werner and Ziyech were bursting a gut to get forward and he was jogging. It was also happened for our third goal. He either is too lazy or doesn’t have the drive. He was almost beside Werner for our third goal at one point and Werner ended up finishing it with Tammy well outside the box, almost walking. 
 

His workrate really needs to improve. 

In the first half he had 3 errors, two in his ball control and one when he was defending and misplaced his pass. 

His work rate is much better than last season, he sacrificed himself. If Werner wasn't scoring his goal, his performance wasn't better than Tammy's. 

Tammy's involved in 7 goals from 10 games. Against Burnley he put a nice touch for Ziyech to shoot, took a decent header in the first half. It wasn't a top class performance, but it wasn't so poor either. 

I liked his allround game yesterday. His hold-up and link up play was pretty good and he really was a handful for those Burnley defenders. But for a striker with his goal scoring return he has weirdly bad movement in and around the box.

His all around game has improved a lot. I still believe he is some way behind Giroud in quality though and think Giroud deserves more games.

It’s only having seen Werner who is an absolute workhorse, that you realise how lazy Tammy is. 
 

Werner can play horrendous yet his workrate and pressing will always create panic for the opposition backline. I assume this is why Klopp was showing interest as he loves players like Werner. 
 

When Tammy replaces Werner, we lose that tempo and he just hogs around aimlessly. He’s not good enough for Chelsea. I’d loved him to have proven otherwise but we need better. Giroud is miles ahead of Tammy.

Tammy did make the assist that pretty much solved the game, the goal was coming but he set up Ziyech for that first goal. Werner works a lot but sometimes makes very little out of it.

I thought he played quite well yesterday. Seems to be involved in a goal almost everytime he's on the pitch at the moment.

Giroud was scratching out goals in the second tier of French football at the same age as Tammy. Abraham has a long way to go, but he has both the attitude and work ethic

His overall game has definitely improved, I think hes definitely learned a lot from Giroud, I feel his play style has become somewhat similar to his at times in terms of the way he links up with other attackers

Good goal. 

Still a bit too quiet in games for me. When we face harder opposition it will be a problem

He won't be playing against harder opposition though. That'll be Werner starting uptop

pretty average when coming on for England last night. i think he has fallen to 4th choice in the England striker order atm and needs to push on for us the rest of the season if he's to make the Euros.

When Pulisic is back fit, I'm not convinced he gets in the team ahead of Tammy right now. He's having a good season so far! 

It sounds odd because they both contributed towards the 2nd goal, but I feel both Werner and Tammy were poor, Werner more involved but missed sitters and screwed up chances. Tammy not involved enough but did put his chance away. 

But if he keeps scoring you can't exactly keep him out of the team.

Tammy had a good header well saved in the first half, set up Werner for one of the chances he should have finished too. 

He's involved in a lot of goals and chances when playing at the moment.

I thought Tammy should've done better with that header personally, great cross from Ziyech, he put it right at the keeper. But I'm not going to complain, his 2nd finish was fantastic, put it right in the bottom corner when the keeper had it covered. 

He keeps scoring goals whenever he plays and lets face it before the season started, many were favouring Giroud and Werner above him, it's not easy for him yet he's still keeping himself in there.

Agree! And he fully deserves his place ATM.

That 2nd goal was TNT express delivery, Timo n Tammy going to be a great partnership.

I’d still prefer Timo through middle and Pulisic left when fit. 
 

But, whilst I’m not his biggest fan, I wouldn’t drop Tammy right now. I don’t think I’ve ever wanted a player to prove me wrong as much as I do with Tammy. 
 

I’ve slated his workrate when he replaces Werner who presses constantly. Tammy done this today for the first time throughout the game. He didn’t once slack off and he deserved his goal. His all round game wasn’t brilliant but again he scores and he pressed well. Has to start next game for me.
