What a sight it is to see a striker in Chelsea colours troubling defenses with genuine pace and speed of movement.

Just because I think Morata's all round game is better doesn't mean I don't like Costa.

ok, but it seems that DC is non-existent w/ your last post. no worries I am going to join you on the Alvaro Bandwagon. He made a believer out of me. Down 3 goals & a man, Alvaro came on & spun the match on it's head. We almost witnessed an incredible comeback. Morata seems he is all that & a bag of chips.

He's the only bit of excitement around the club at the moment. Can't wait to see him next week from the start.

Just need the board to sort themselves out and stop selling players and buy.

Looked pretty good. Can't wait to see him again. Lot of fire in his game. I think we have a real player in our hands.

Took his goal excellently and the pass for Luiz is world class.

I just read an article through the ESPN app that said that he's already unhappy at Chelsea.

The interview posted a couple of pages back is where they drew that conclusion.  Because he said he was already messaging his team mates via Whatsapp and how he's hardly had a pre-season.

If he can score with 10 men and assist with a 9. Imagine what playing with a good starting 11 can do for him.

I think the space will be negated by the fact he's up against Alderweireld.

Alderweireld is not as quick as Morata they will have to defend deep and leave a gap between midfield and defence

I can see this game being similar to the Fa Cup semi final with them dominating the game. I don't think Tottenham will naturally play a deep defensive line because of Morata, he's not that quick. Morata has just got very clever movement off the ball paired with incredible technique. One thing he does lack is the physicality of Costa, I can't see Morata scoring some of the goals that Costa scored last year, for example the goal against West Brom at home or the one against City away. Then again I can't see Costa scoring some of the goals Morata will score, different players, both world-class.

Had a tough game today, doesn't look fully fit yet, and watching Kane in contrast who made something out of every ball into him, whilst the ball bounced off Morata most of the time, showed he's still got a lot of work to do.

Not fully fit and hasn't totally gel with the team yet. You could see he wanted to make some runs but often times Willian sees the run a bit late.

First sitter was missed but probably due to not being properly warmed up into the game yet. Then was slightly late in shooting the ball when through on goal. Needs to put in a lot of work but if he does and with a fit Hazard next to him, we might see something special

He had a good game, he did What he was told today any striker would of suffered today in that role because we setup not to lose

He looked more fit physically against Burnley. Seemed overly lethargic today but that's understandable I suppose.
