Why did you refer to him as the 'infamous one'?  You seem to be referring to the car accident that resulted in the death of a female passenger, did you not?  That is something only our rival fans do, and is unacceptable to a true Chelsea fan (at least in my view).

Just came back from skiing but no, i meant it more in a sarcastic way because Alonso always gets scapegoated for every mistake, every little error and when we lose it bc he is a "liability". It is obvious to point out how slow he is but i think he masked it pretty well. I mean when i look at the reddit chelsea sub, he always gets - 1 rating compared to others. 

Then I am truly sorry that I called you out that way.

Knew our title hopes went out the window with Chilwell's injury and here we are.

Nearly 200 games for this club. Without a doubt the worst player to get near that number for us.

 

One of the most divisive players in the squad for me. He's on the edge of good enough and piss poor that you can justify anything with him. 

The sooner we get his replacement the better

 

I get the feeling even when he is 50 he will still be playing for us.

Totally Agee with @Sindre  soon has we lost chilly then Reese. Within a month it wasn’t  looking to good us they give us so much moving forward.

I thought he was poor, but to say he is the worst player to get near that number of appearances for us is harsh. Babayaro had similar amount of appearances and he was worse than Alonso. You forget that Alonso played a major role in us winning a league title.

He moves like a 50 year old anyway it’ll be hard to tell the difference.

The days for starting big games are a long way beyond Marcus. Probably should have been hooked at half time.

Should of bought Digne from Everton IMO.

Would of got us out of trouble for this season then we could of had him and Chilwell share duties for next season whilst selling Alonso in the summer.

Instead we have Alonso as our only LB/LWB who today made Sterling look like a world beater.

So bad apparently yet hoe bad does that make Hall and Kenendy?

That was mostly because of the midfield situation with Kante and Kovacic missing that happened at the same time. Chilwell is great form box to box and was on fire before injury but i don't it's that is to say Alonso bad (bc he is not) and Chilwell good.

Not even close. Marcos is slow but he can smash passes, win aerial battle, get goal, score deadball.

A little harsh on Hall. He is 17 and his preferred position is not LB. Kenedy is average at best and should not be considered an option. If we cannot recall one of our loanees I think we are going to regret not tapping into the transfer market this window.

How have we not been able to offload him? Five seasons he's been here and had one good season, arguably one and half at best. He is hopeless as an all round fullback.
