I think it would be wise to actually play Cahill this game even though he's going to anyway.

But this time I hope he does, experience alone, throwing Christensen in the mix of a game like this would be a big gamble and we need points, stoke away is never an ordinary game is it.

I would be happy with that lineup, I expect this to be a sloppy game, I would be very disappointed if Bako doesn't start in a game like this, we need him for this one. So even though I fully expect the side to be wasteful in possession, it would be good to make use of the flanks, Fabregas comes centrally and plays Moses in, he's brilliant at one on ones. I think this will be a very important game for Moses, he'll be up against Pieters/Wimmer most of the match, that's where United failed to exploit Stoke, from out wide.

The Potters are tough at home. We need to keep our cool and not let their tactics affect us mentally. They have a way of pestering their opponents into making silly mistakes.

This match up is significant as we are away to AM in the CL and then home to City. Have to remain positive over the next 3 games starting with this one. 3 points laddies!

This seasons installmant of  THUG LIFE. Physical, dirty and underhand. That's Stoe in a nutshell. No Fabregas in midfield. Babayako and Kante Moses and Alonso, Rudiger Cahill and Dave. Morata, Hazard and either Willian/Pedro. We need to win this or we will slip further behind the Manc teams. Let's hope we do it. COME ON YOU BLUES !!!

Hazard clearly not match fit yet. Pointless to start him against a team like Stoke. We'll bring him on when we decide to kill them off.

 Like the line up but not really comfortable that Christensen will be able to handle Crouch if he is starting
