Guys what do you think of lemar?

He is an incredible talent with lots of pace and skill ... I really hope that we will go hard for him..i knw we lack ambition now stays but i really hope we sign him

Where would he play? 

he's not getting in over pedro/willian/hazard tbh. it's another reason why mahrez to chelsea would make little sense. if bernardo silva goes to city for €40-50, then lemar should go for same fee. €92 million is madness.

He's not as good as any of our forwards. Mahrez and Draxler are better than him. If we're going to spend 90m on a 21yr old player, I'd rather it be Asensio

I'd imagine Asensio would be closer to double that price...but it doesn't matter, we won't go for either one IMO.

I'd take Lemar over Draxler, i don't get this hype surrounding Draxler, he's underachieved everywhere he has played. Draxler is living off that one decent season he had in 2012-13.

If we were to go for a German attacker I would take Timo Werner over anyone. Would be a terrific player for us

Good player but what happens to Musonda if this young fella comes in

Really like the cut of his jib but I'd rather we go with Musonda for young talent in the forward area - never be able to sell Musonda for anyhting close to 80m though lol. 

Mental money.

Lemar looks very good and I'd go for him if we sell one of Willian/Pedro. Musonda just hasn't shown enough yet for me. I think he needs a PL loan for a year.

Since Monaco is out of the CL, think he'd been keen to move. The only issue is he won't be an automatic pick, so he maybe a bit hesitant in the World Cup year.

Agreed with Zeta. Pick up Lemar and keep one of Pedro or Willian, whichever we can sell in the same window. Musonda needs more experience with a loan to a physical league. He needs to work on his strength and that will come with time. He should follow AC’s path to the first team instead of rotting on the bench and venting on Instagram. Even though there is a high price tag Lemar has high potential especially for his age. I’d say what he has over Musonda is his frame and experience. Would also show Hazard we have ambition. We still need a LWB and arguably another CM given all the injuries plus dips in form. A cheap option for CM could be a RLC recall, but I’d rather he continue gaining caps in the PL.

The problem is, he hasn't been very good this season. Was he just a one season wonder ?

I haven't watched Monaco much but whenever I did, Lemar never stood out. Is he really that good?

He is actually, comfortable in the Fabregas role and further forward on the right. Problem is Monaco are rebuilding their side again, so it might take another season to get the full picture. I agree however and wouldn’t touch him at anything over £50m

He plays left wing most games. 

We are crying out for a left footed attacker. 

I've not really watched him but from highlights etc. he looks to have a good turn of a pace and good close control. 

Could potentially add something a bit different to our attacking options. 

Id go for him if we sell Willian (Not to a premier league rival this time like Matic)

He's a good player, but not worth more than £50 million even in this market. I'd rather pay £25-30 million for Leon Bailey. He's rapid, skillful and strong as an ox. Think he'd be perfect for the premier league.

It would appear the Leverkussen have to us to sod off for Bailey though.

I'm on the line of thinking that the belief in Mbappe took them up a step last season. Because not one of last season's Monaco players have been at their best. 

Easy to link us to Monaco players as the media expect favours from their new technical director. Expect our players to be linked to them too.

Rather we went for Mahrez

If Fekir is available I would prefer him but lemar is a good player interesting where he would play though. Seems to prefer the traditional left winger. Conte won't go bold and go four four two will he?
