Hello guys ..Matteo here from Italy fan of AC Milan who has a weakness for Chelsea ! 

The negotiation for Higuain will be successful when AC Milan find agreement whit Genoa for Piatek and mostly when Juventus will have security not to be found at the end of the season Higuain in the team ,in short, someone will have to pay at least 45 million euros for him! For example here in Italy we said that Chelsea will take Higuain on 2-year onerous loan with redemption obligation set at € 40 million!

Speaking of the Higuain player, I understand that Chelsea need a strong striker, but I do not think  Higuain is the man we need, always misses important games he is 31 and asks for a lot of salary money.

Maybe with Sarri can return that player of Napoli but I would not bet on it.

Ideally there would be more top class strikers available but the very best ones are out our reach these days.

You could argue that he was trash before he left Chelsea - I blame the CSL sides tapping him up - turned his head for a few million Yuan - tbh I would turn my head too - DC would have been an idol in the CSL

Although a couple of years old, that Youtube vid of his 36 goals for Napoli, prove we could have a most natural goalscorer since the days of Crespo, not denigrating Drogba by any means, but he really makes goalscoring look so easy

I think the delay has to do with the fact that Higuain deal is connected to two other deals. Higuain is replacing Morata, who goes to Atletico and Piatek replaces Higuain at Milan. It's three deals that have to be agreed in full by five different clubs (AC Milan, Juve, Chelsea, Atletico, Genoa) and agents of three different players in order for each one to go through.

I can't see Higuain signing significantly improving anything. 

A 31 year old striker who's in decline with no experience playing in the Premier League. 

We aren't playing to a striker's strengths, our approach play is too slow and lethargic. 

It's not quite a panic signing but not far from it. It's a short term fix and is short sighted by the club. 

 

Most of hist highlight heels are from a season or 2 ago, just to prove we have signed the 'right' player. We have seen the striker merry go around last January, and look like we will get the short straw again.

I'm not sure he'd want to step into this sh*t show at the moment regardless of the money

Its from then because thats when Sarri was managing him, is it not?

He's be joining the most successful English team in the last decade and a team that are currently in the top 4 and every cup competition. Why wouldn't he want to join? Because of a couple of losses in recent weeks?

Higuain on loan is a good deal I think. He will bang in at least 10 goals and will give assists. I think he will see this as a boost to his career. After Juve to slip down to struggling Milan and not scoring is not good for a merited striker like he is. 

In summer go for Icardi.

Jeezus @RIP Mourinho, I thought you'd got it by now.  A couple of losses means the sky is falling in, the manager is a know-nothing arse, all the players are donkeys (except for my own personal favourites, obviously) and Abramovich never really wanted us in the first place and we're sh*t compared  to Citeh/Dippers/Spuds/L'Arse/Man Utd/Anywhere that Eddie Howe manages and a night out in whatever Spearmint Rhino has become.

Consistently fickle, our lot :)

Nope, it's once again the apparent mess behind the scenes is what I'm referring to....it always was going to be a hit and miss season win loss wise, although recent apathy by the players seen by everyone and publicly referred to by the manager might make him think twice plus who knows what trigger happy Roman is thinking.

nice video. He seems like an improvement over all our striking options, plus him knowing Sarris system and this move forcing Hazard back to his favored position has me more pumped up. I think top 4 and a few cups are easily within our grasp if Higuain is as advertised.

Could he be in decline...yes but he scored 7 in his first 10 for Milan and some of his play in the clip for them looks promising.

I'm hoping and think we will be pleasantly surprised with him and he will be an improvement on what we have and mainly for allowing hazard back to his preferred role.

We are in a good place bar the couple of recent losses and the poor play stems a lot from a lack of presence/striker in the box we are creating until what would be the final pass as there is no one around. Unless it's morata then he's  falling over at a puff of wind.
