I'll dislike citeh even more if they allow the fcukwits on Merseyside or heaven forbid, in north london, to win the title

MOTD said they are badly missing Fernandinho..............

It's starting to look inevitable isn't it? Unless Liverpool have a dip like City are having, I just don't see them losing it from here. If a team gains a lead at Christmas in the Premier League, they tend to go on and win it.

In 10 times, there have only been two occasions when the team leading at Christmas didn't go on to win the league.  Both of those times that team was the dippers.

Be confident people.

Only 3 weeks ago we had loads of people in here staining their Sta-Prest about City, how they were unstoppable,  how they were going to go a whole season without dropping a point, how they were the best team in the world, EVER.  Then they played us.

Again, be confident, people.   We all know the Spuds will bottle it in the spring, that's just what they do.  The dippers will start to drop points, they have had a really good  run of luck so far this season.  City will pick up again a bit, but other teams have seen that they can be beaten now, and how.  It's all to play for.

Finally, be confident.

Only 22% of the teams who have won the title this decade 2010-2020 wore red home kits. 68% wore Blue. I am confident.

Then again if they win the title by less than 5 points, we contributed those 5 points.

f**k epl, f**k the fa and f**k the media........salah gets to go free of that beyond obvious and pathetic dive vs NC. You can bet your riches that had that been one of ours they would see to it that he gets banned. No bottle and integrity in Eng.

And yet even Chels fans here are adament the sh*t is on a level playing field....that it all evens out. That there is no media hate for us and that epl is clean as freash water........

So Emery gets (likely justifiably) charged for kicking a bottle.

Meanwhile, Salah dives (thus gaining an on field advantage) and faces no action whatsoever.

The FA is consistently sh*t I'll give them that.

Rotten to the core.....they pick and choose, and they make it up as they go along. And they are heavily effected by the media.......all these things tell us all we want to know, no integrity or proffessionalism.

A bit of trivia, Sunderland beat the attendance record for clubs in the third tier since seating was introduced.

46,000 watched them beat Bradford on boxing day.

The only bigger gates in England were at Liverpool and Man U.

Previous high at this level was Leeds on 38,000 in 2008.

That's easily explained.....there's f**k all else to do in Sunderland.

More people watched Sunderland's boxing day home match than Spuds' boxing day home fixture? Some mistake, surely?

You would think so, I guess Sunderland FC is a one-club city though tempted to make a disparaging remark about the Spuds.

Someone, somewhere needs to do something about Spurs. The smug look on my housemate's face at the moment is too much to bear. I actually can't decide whether I'd rather see them or Liverpool win the title.

I need reassurance that Spurs are going to draw or lose their next three games on the trot....I can't take it anymore.

One of the biggest annoyances is that Spurs have had a fair few injury problems with their squad, as have City (and to a lesser extent Liverpool) yet are still doing as well as they are.

City have badly missed Fernandinho and Spurs have re-shaped their attacking line with Son the last few matches looking outstanding with Kane playing deeper. With Liverpool, Salah after a poor spell has got his mojo back with Shaqiri providing competition and Van Dijk starting to live up to the hype one season later.

Injuries like with City could still play a major role lets hope we do get a couple of decent signings to strengthen us.

Liverpool over Spurs for me.

I keep saying I rather Liverpool than Spurs or City simple because Its Spurs and City winning shows you can spend unlimited cash break the rules and be rewarded. Also I like Klopp.

Every time im showed that pathetic dive by salah im reminded where the media's and fa's loyalities lie. Fair play my ass. If that aint a dive what is a dive then? The amount of sh*t we received when Ramirez was barged to the ground vs WB is exactly one of the reasons the sh*t is bent. FA, pgmol etc f**king apologized to WB, the media burned us. Pool and salah get off Scott free........bent as f**k and they dont even try to hide it. Laughing and giving us the f**k finger right in our faces......f**king sheeps we are.

I don't really know what Spurs fans have to be so smug about, they haven't won anything in what is their most successful period in my lifetime. They have been on repeat for the last 3 or 4 years. Average start, and then kick on a bit before getting knocked out of the cups and left behind in the league.

Although I dislike Spurs part of me wants them to win a trophy, despite the smugness that would follow I'm interested whether this would herald a time for Spurs to dominate as we all know they have been in some good positions yet thrown it away leading to some of us calling them perennial bottlers.

Of course if they did win something major would that be the trigger for Real Madrid to come calling for Poch?
