Theres no way Mount isnt playing. Our whole forward line heavily relies on him, esp in the big games.

His close control, passing and physicality were fantastic today. 

Yes, his play was nice, but the number of blown chances during the match by him, Mount, Werner, Pulisic, and Kante (which was blocked by a defender and not by the snake, by the snake) was making we CRAZZYYY!

Kai is amazing, I don't understand how he hit the bar twice and then when his shot that went low against Courtois got saved well that was a bit too much, he could have had a hattrick... too many misses but everything else was just a joy to watch.

Wreaks of class. What a wonderful player this lad is!!

Yeah only thing that was off was his finishing. We got away with it as Reals defence got destroyed. City wont be so generous I  feel.

Oh no not yet, I will be much closer to the final. 

Being fair though City do have a much better midfield that Real. None of them I would swap for Kante, but they are better than Reals midfield. They also have a much better defence. Diaz on his own is better than Reals put together.

Well I agree. We should see how things turn out as there is some time till that match, technically Man City will win the league and they will play randoms while their key players will be rested for the final while we're fighting for the top 4 so we can't afford to rest most of our players which is a whole other issue... But that's a topic for another day!

I'll admit once he proves me wrong and so far I don't think he has. I'm still not impressed and don't know what his major strength is. Despite Werners crap finishing, his pace in behind is a big asset. Kai is just still too flimsy for me especially with his finishing.

Put a stellar performance in the CL Final win or lose and ill take it back.

Interesting time to pick this hill to die on.

While his talent is undeniable, today I'm most thrilled about his fiery attitude, fighting Doritos, challenging players in the air just about everywhere on the field. He could miss every single shot (he did anyway) and still be player of the match due to his energy alone. Let's keep the blood flowing kiddo! 🔥

Yeah next game is a concern  as those thugs Fernadinho and Rodri may decide to try and take out some of our key players.

Not forgetting aguero likes a 2 foot challenge as well.

Thought he began to blossom in this match. 3 shot attempts, fighting for aerial balls, then come the nutmegs.

The sheer audacity and class of this lad.

He took the piss out of Real Madrid defenders, nutmegging them several times. What a player!

He was great last night bar his finishing. But the most impressive part was how he fought and the energy he had to track back and defend high up. That kick on Nacho's shin at the beginning made me laugh, I never thought he had it in him.

 

He was class yesterday.  What a talent and the perfect time to come to form.
