just f**k off already

Who you swearing at arsehole? We played poorly I’m invested and annoyed and hearing Germans out singing us in our stadium in English adds insult. If you disagree fair enough but don’t feel you can swear at me.

Nothing to be embarrassed about here. Would have been a miracle going past them judging the recent form.

Our defending has been pretty embarrassing. Bayern haven't had to work hard for any of the goals. Each have come from our defenders making school boy mistakes.

I didn't expect to win the game granted but I expected us to be a bit more disciplined at the back.

We were never gonna get through this tie. Let's be real. It's great experience and a big learning curve for the youngsters.

At the risk of sounding like Arsenal fans, we can just focus on qualifying for next year whilst Man Utd and possibly Spurs (unlikely) will still have to focus on their European commitments.

The thing is, Abraham misses far too many chances, he's actually got one of the worst conversation %'s in the league, so yes he has scored a good amount of goals but he also misses a lot aswell. It's becoming even more obvious as of late.

Alonso, Rudiger, Azpilicueta, Jorginho, Barkley. All been poor.

Abraham since coming on too.

Yeah but he is in his first season playing at this level. No excuses for the others.

Make no mistake about it, we are a very average side. Bayern proved it to us. It will take years to go back to actually competing with the elite and that's provided the board manages this club near perfectly.

Red card Alonso.

Amuses me how some of you lot are agitated by the scoreline

what did u all really expect ? it was a long shot beating them in 2012 with a team that is far far superior to the lads out there today in blue, Bayern is a professionally run 'proper' top CL club, not owned by an oligarch who has his ex PA in charge of player recruitment.  We were very lucky in the past to feature in the CL nearly every season but those days are long gone now.

its going to take a few seasons combined with much better recruitment if the club is to 'compete' at this  CL KO level again

I remember commenting back in the group stage that we might be better off going into the knockout stages of the Europa. That might have given us a realistic chance of making a run in Europe this season. Then again we will hopefully learn from our experience in this match up.
