If we are to play more direct and  crossing game, he should play more. Having said that, when missing a chance like he did tonight, manage will think twice before picking him, and a huge dent of his own confidence.. He has to hit on target even it's straight to the GK

I believe there was Kova that missed that chance.

He has earned a start. Honestly he is our best striker, need to play him.

Agree with this. I wasn't so keen on him initially but I think he has had a few good performances without scoring. You can take that from a centre forward if they have a good game and cause the defence issues without scoring, because realistically they're not going to score every week (unless he's Haaland). West Ham and particularly last night I thought he came on and done well. He should've scored at the end, but that aside I still think he looked decent.

I agree he deserves a start however it is night and day either starting a game or coming on late.

Has good potential, and hopefully he starts getting rewarded on the scoresheet soon.

Like what I'm seeing so far. Should have buried that shot late in the match last night.

Agreed. He is still raw and will have off days. But he brings a lot more energy to our front line. Apart from everything else that energy can get the crowd going, and that is especially important at home.

Thats a good point, seeing Havertz meandering around doesnt help the crowd, just gets us all frustrated. As soon as Broja came on and ran at the defence everyone was pumped...

Reminds me of the days when Judas Durie first started playing for us. When he came on as sub the crowd excitement level automatically went up a notch.

I only saw the highlights and recall an excellent run from Broja almost the whole pitch, he needed to pass it at the end rather than try and score for me.

He did have one half decent chance right at the end and unfortunately hit it over. But it wasn't as easy as a lot of the chances missed by others during the game.

the others with ambition have Kane, Jesus, Nunez, and similar.. i like him but surely if we ant to compete, we need more.

He is the best option we have atm. I have not being impressed with Aubemyang at all and Havertz is an attacking midfielder. Come next summer we need a well established striker or one who has huge potential but they are very rare and hard to come by.

we did buy one - would you give Lukaku another shot? I am not sure after his antics many would.

I wouldn't and didn't want Lukaku here in the first place but whom can we have our leading striker for the years to come? We missed the opportunity with Jesus obviously therefore in my opinion we need to give Broja a chance, nurture him, because he is clearly very talented.

If Potter can improve Welbeck, god knows what he can do with Broja.

He's already better than Nunez. 

According to the press he has impressed Potter in both the RB Salzburg and Brighton games, as well as in training. On article said Potter was "Raving" about him and how well he thinks Mando will fit in to his system and vision for the team.

Does that mean a start against Palace I wonder.
