Happens to every manager. They can perform at the top level for so many years before they drop down a few levels.

It's something he always criticized Wenger for.

As much as i hate him for hardly ever giving Chelsea the props he earnt with us, and going to that shower of sh*t, to enhance his reputation......joker, we all know, he was a winner with us that took zero sh*t...

Where ever he has been after Porto he's had world class players that likely any decent manager would have won trophies with, and then he sold himself to a sh*te Utd team where he thought he would be given a bundle of money and even worse went to Spurs because he was desperate for work..not that he needed the cash, just a stroke of his ego.  Just don't see him ending up in any big club after his Spurs gig is over, which will be after they lose the Cup Final.

Its the Spurs players that let JM down tonight ,JM did not let his team down .

i feal sorry for JM but not for them slags from across NORTH London

But you could use that argument with any manager - including Lamps with us this season.

But at the end of the day, the buck stops with the manager and poor old Jose just hasn't got it any more. He's a busted flush.

Maybe this has been mentioned somewhere else but I see the Utd Milan match is on Virgin media 2, (ch 807 for me). Last night it was showing our match. Worth a check for the streamers.

Agent Jose at work again. It's one thing losing an Europa league tie when you aren't all interested, but another matter when playing the best 11 and still bet blown away. Only a week ago it was Bale back to his best and Kane is scoring for fun, a week later they couldn't score in over 120 minutes on a  cold Thursday night. I almost want Jose to stay at Spurs for another year or two.

It should have been over after United and would have been but for Spurs’ colossal error of judgment in hiring him.

Should have been over for him at the top after us let alone United, despite the title win clear cracks were there which became gaping holes the next season.

Easy to underestimate the job he did at chelsea with hindsight and inter milan. He was a great manager...just cos he’s not what he was doesn’t mean all his achievements should be forgotten
