Christopher Nkunku to Chelsea

Not going to lie, have been really disappointed with Nkunku.

Thought he was going to be great for us but he's been far from that and the attitude stinks. I know ALL players have struggled under Maresca, so Nkunku isn't totally to blame but the worst part of watching him in games where you just know we are not going to score is that he has that blue balloon tucked down his sock just in case!

He quite certainly is when he’s legitimately the only one with a sh*t work ethic.

I’ve come to the conclusion that those Bundesliga highlights floating about were all AI.

The only thing worse than his performances has been his attitude. Stinking the place up. It’s a sad reality when I’d rather have a braindead Jackson starting over this absolute fraud.

I'm surprised that no one has commented on here Nkunku's performance.... It was shocking. Just jogging around, no effort, no attempt to press, withdrew from every 50/50, it would be laughable if it wasn't because he plays in Chelsea blue.

No need to comment, we all know what he is by now. Spineless git. Fact he still gets games for us is a disgrace. Any striker from the academy would offer and show a lot more than him.

Of all the Strikers we’ve had through the club that haven’t been good enough (There’ve been a few) I believe Nkunku might actually be the worst.

Nothing to do with ability (We’ve all seen those AI Bundesliga Highlights) but his attitude and contribution is absolutely stinking the place up.

I prefer Jackson to him and that bloke has the IQ of soggy cardboard.

I already gave up on him. Attitude stinks. Had really high hopes for him when he arrived, and maybe if he didn't get injured and played in a system that suited him, it could have worked out, but that is no excuse for how lazy and uninteresed he looks in every game. I don't rate Jackson, and he does some of the dumbest sh*t with the ball at times and misses easy chances, but at least he tries, I don't see that from Nkunku.

His Chelsea career is already over, he'll be sold next season.

He should be told in no uncertain terms, that these games he's getting, are his shop window. Show the world what you can do, then you can f**k off to whichever club wants you most.

The fact he even needs to be told this speaks volumes on his attitude.

Anyone with a shred of dignity and integrity would react positively to finally being given chances after being frozen out and do their very best to prove the manager/club wrong. Even if you want to leave the club it still benefits you to actually try and perform to gather more interest come the summer.

Absolute disgrace, he shu0ldnt get any more game time for us after the way hes been wandering around since xmas. Lack of professionalism, the idle w**ker.

It is a really odd one. It either looks like he is unfit, or more likely, has downed tools.

I have been a champion of playing him over the donkey, but he has been piss poor, and doesnt look like he is trying. I dont think the system suits him (or any attacking player) - but the minimum is some effort, and he has shown nothing to suggest that he wants to play for the shirt, or that he warrants us to build a team around him.

Just imagine after how dreadful he has been of late, he scores a goal in one of our upcoming games and then pulls the blue balloon out of his sock.................................!

Makes Havertz look like a world class player

To be fair to Havertz, he does show up every second or third weekend. Unlike Nkunku, probably just don't want get shirt dirty when he plays these days. Again, if he's clearly not bothered, why still picking him, just leave him out.

Sometimes things just don’t work out and this is one of them.

I have no doubt he will look like a world class player again at a different club, sometimes things just aren’t meant to be.

I am disappointed with his attitude though and that will make the sale sting a lot less.

Yeah - I feel the same.

Some things he cannot control - the injury soon after coming, the system in which the manager is playing him, the slow and stagnant style in which the manager demands we play. These are all things which do not help him shine - and which he has no control over.

But the apparent lack of effort and drive we have seen recently is all on him. I don't care how pissed off he is at Marescas mismanagement; the minimum expectation is to play for the badge.
