I like the fact we paid what was needed for our main target rather than pay £40m for some average alternative because he was a cheaper option.

If we manage to sell Sarr for anything more than £15m then coupled with signing Cucurella and "only" loaning Colwill that is outstanding business by an owner new to the game.

Chelsea have signed Marc Cucurella from Brighton in a deal worth more than £60m.  Well that seems like we over paid, however, the bloke is a great defender. Can play LWB and he can play on the left side of a back 3. He is fast. Critical to be fast in this day and age.

He looks STRONG in the first few photos on the website. A specimen.

He'll likely move to 3 if/when Alonso leaves.

I honestly dont care how much is the pricetag, it’s much more important that he works out as a great signing because in our current system the wing-backs are the most important attacking players and we don’t get that many goals from the frontline.

The video with 32 has since been deleted by the club and hidden, so I’d imagine nothing is confirmed. Ideally, he would get a more first team fitting number for the shirt number-OCD’s like myself 😅

According to what I've read, we only paid that much because we wanted Colwill out on loan rather than completely sold which IMO is a better deal than selling Colwill. I'm happy about this deal personally.

We still saved some money, as Colwill would have costs us 20 million extra after the 25 million we would have gotten from the sale. We have saved around 10 million. Not to mention a buy back clause is not a guarantee that the player will come back.

Yeah. Really good to keep him as ours and watch closely if he will cut it at PL level that we need. 

Because he could obviously be good but not Chelsea good. Will do him or us no harm.
