Will we win a trophy with MoPo? Maybe not. But . . .maybe a season or two under MoPo will get our squad in order? I see him as a rehab manager.  MoPo has better credentials than that bloke Potter. We have a young squad that is very needy in terms of man-management, there is a lot of work that needs to be done there and MoPo is good at that apparently. Maybe we can at least figure out how to do the 'high press'.

Pochettino believes in "energía universal" (English: universal energy), the idea that people, places and things are charged with a hidden energy, positive or negative.

 

To be honest, he has only managed two bottle jobs, Spurs and PSG. So the answer to your question is that he’s got more chances of winning trophies with us than before, and I believe that our team is good enough to challenge for a Cup next season once Pochettino starts clearing the dressing room and working with the team. And, who knows, maybe we can start challenging for the title in two seasons again.

Glad it’s finally resolved. Still all the work to do. Everything is sounding good at the moment, but we will see. Hopefully we are able to offload the players we need to get rid of, due to wages and clubs knowing we have to sell, we will find out soon enough.

I've warmed up to him and I'm excited about this appointment! With a lot of young players at our club, Pochettino is definitely the manager that can help develop them and he will give opportunities to youth. Even if he doesn't win the league in the next 3 years he will at least put our team in a better shape than it currently is. Looking forward to the announcement and this preseason!

Apparently he has verbalized is 4 man top wish list to Paul Winstanley to start working on right away.
