Although we have been poor, we have created enough chances to have scored.

I say last season we would be 4 down something is starting to build in this team I am starting to see less head down after going to behind like they know they have the talent to come back

That post didn't age well did it?

Unf**king believable isn't it, first game the kid hasn't looked well in and just got back after an injury... Some f**king muppets on here.

That was a piss poor half. I have no idea how they aren’t out of sight by now, hopefully Poch is smart enough to change things around now and we’ll be more compact as a team in 2nd half because we were all over the place.

Is it time to go back to 5 at back?

Don't think Cucurella's been all that bad. Mostly kept Garnacho quiet really.

Caicedo & Enzo have both been absymal.

Agreed. Neither have been good, especially Caicedo. He HAS to start doing more, And folk moan about Gallagher who we are clearly missing tonight as Utd are winning the midfield.

Great finish from Palmer. He has been coming too deep and over playing it and been caught in possession. We need him in the final third where he will cause United problems. We're lucky to be level as they should be ahead but now we're back in the game let's up it and go on and win this.

COME ON THE CHELS!!!

It's hard for heads to go down when you're running around like headless chickens.

Even that is putting it lightly. Embarrassing performances.

We are very lucky as it could easily been 3 or 4-1 heading into the break. This lack of preparation and starting every match with little to no intensity shouldn’t be a weekly discussion.

Enzo looks like he pulled an all nighter.

Left my desk and caught the goal..great finish....still look sh*te for the most part though.  If we see the players coming back at half time holding their balls then we know Potch has done his job...they all need a good kick in the nuts.  And lets hope Jackson gets yanked and remains on the bench ...he'll probably score this half.

Palmer was playing pretty badly before that goal really..

Agreed.

He didn't give up though and kept a very steady head for the goal. Hopefully some of the others can pick up on that.

We just lack mental strength.  We are flakey. We need to build character and calm our nerves in big atmospheres. We did it at WHL and need to do it at OT.

COYB!

Absolutely awful half of football, should be game over already.

Defensively shaky and unbalanced in the wide areas going forward.

Centre midfield has been completely lost. Caicedo hasnt been good enough on the ball  or off it, Enzo sloppy by his standards.

Front line abysmal. Sterling and Mudryk lazy, sloppy in possession, poor decision making.

Jackson with a standard jackson performance, trips over his own feet, has the game intelligence of 14 year old.

Palmer with a great finish in what was a poor half in which he hasnt offered enough support at either end.

Surely cant get any worse.

I think it's more the other way.

People here would have turned down Kante on a free from Leicester because they still thought top talent Josh Mceachran was our answer for the next decade.

Our generally rather untalented and consistenly poor young players get a much much longer leash than they deserve.

There are flops we've signed who have shown absolutely nothing for a full year now but still have people saying they need endless amounts of time and that just doesn't and shouldn't happen at a Serious club.

Maybe we should stop investing in young talent and just get another Kante then.

Also disagree with your last sentence, Not one player bought by this club was without merits when arriving. Can't think of anyone who's shown "absolutely nothing" for a full year now either. This is just wrong.

There are a copious amount of players that we've in hindsight should have given way more game time than we did.

Neither Enzo or Caicedo have played well. Badly need a Gallagher/ Rice type out there and tonight. Players who have a physical presence, can win the ball and carry it.

Cucurella though has been awful. His sense of positioning is non-existent. Has no awareness of what is happening around him and makes rash decisions. Such a liability.

Enzo has been second to everything and Caicedo looks like the David Luiz of midfielders.

He's a physical DM player that excels at protecting the backline and his price was 115m pounds, he's exactly the player we need.

Poch just doesn't know how to use him that's why they had a private chat in Spanish.
