He does nothing with it though. Sure he might dribble past a player, but then what? Sideways/backwards pass, lose the ball, sh*t cross that doesn't beat the first man, or if he's feeling spicy, a very weak shot that trickles to the keeper.

Tbf, the last effort was a very good save and another day that goes in.

He need to take more risks, it doesn’t matter if his shot goes out for a throw in, at least he tried.

More of the same last night. Very frustrating player to watch. He gets the ball and you're waiting for something good to happen and rarely does anything good happen. There again Neto is as bad if not worse.

Imagine if we had a serious LB who could overlap.

Our best chances came last night whenever Palmer overlapped Sancho and had freedom to put the ball in the box.

God forbid Maresca adapts to players strengths though.

Started slow but thought after about 15 mins he became lively, second half wasn't his best though. Just unfortunate things didn't quite come off such as the great pass to set up Palmer and Cucu. I think if either of those result in goals people would be less harsh.

I know the fans at the stadium where shouting for him to shoot whenever he got the ball but outside of one situation outside the box where he held on to it a bit too long I felt like the passes he did or at least attempted was the right choice.

It seems we can't expect anything more from him - when he finally is within sight of the goal and he doesn't pass the ball back - than to cut inside into a crowd, take a weak shot that inevitably hits a defender's leg and do nothing to get the ball back.

Like I said, take the 5m penalty. I genuinely wouldn't care if Sancho never played another minute for us, he's sh*te.

Can't understand people thinking we'll sell him for a profit. He's absolutely useless.

Also, sending him back to Man U means they still have to pay him £15m per year salary which is even better.
