Juan Mata plays a completely different role to Matic. As much as we are stacked in our attacking midfield, it was the defensive duo where we were lacking. I'm delighted that Matic is here.

I still dont feel our midfield is capable of effortlessly keeping possession. Neither Matic, nor Rami are exceptional passers.

 

But thats ok, our strengths lie elsewhere, in athleticism and high workrate.
