Just scored the winning pen in the shootout. dealt with the pressure well.

Good.

Did you watch the game? Heard he was poor both today and at home but didn't watch the game myself so can't say.

I think from what I saw in the last two games with Tammy is he struggles when he’s up against physical teams. He’ll have to hit the gym to work on that. Lad sure does have bottle to take high pressured pens though. Hopefully Villa come up and extend his loan plus give him plenty of game time.

He simply does not have the technical ability to play for a top four side! If the transfer ban stays, then we are screwed for strikers again next season. Best bet would be to bring back Bats for a year. Nowhere near good enough for us, but better than the other three options. Btw. I hear we are interested in Cavani again. A big thumbs down to splashing out big money for players his age. I want hungry, youngish players or ones in their prime.

For all the talk of the last penalty nerves thing i swear no one ever misses a match point penalty, THAT one in Moscow is literally the only exception i can think of.

26 goals in 39 games, he should be our starting striker, way ahead Giroud,Higuain,Morata...Even if he scores half of that number in the league he is still above everyone but Hazard if we look this season.

A bit raw still and would have to work on a couple of things like his hold up play for example, but he's scored a lot of goals (albeit a division below), still young and will only get better by learning on the job in the premier league.

He will also press more than our current strikers and he helps out when defending corners.

If we are banned I honestly would rather give Tammy or Bats a chance rather than have Hugian or Giroud as our number 1 striker, they would have the energy and speed to at least worry defenders.

If we can buy then he could possibly be a 2nd or 3rd choice or even another premier league loan depending on who we bought.

Now with Aston Villa reaching the Premier League, Tammy Abraham was their first option and best goalscorer of the season. Where would you prefer to see him?

I'd like to see him as our 2nd striker, play him in League Cup games and give him some real taste of Premier League, not to play for Swansea who had one of the worst squads in PL.

I afraid that Aston Villa won't really impress next season and it will hurt Abraham again, I think he should be done with Championship, he's proven goalscorer.

We are banned from signing players, we have old strikers, we need a fresh and young team, we need Abraham to play for us.

Needs to be our no1 sticker next season simple as that, passion, hunger and raw talent, much rather him than Giroud or Batshuayi, Higuain can go back, Morata can stay where he is.

He's not good enough.

He's a pure poacher but lacks the allround game to start for us. Tomori had him in his pocket today despite the loss.

He may not fit Sarri's style right now but he can still add to/change his game.

His job is to score goals and he does, there's a place for him

Certainly is good enough for us, not sure what you've been watching this season or how "good" you believe we are, but all in all we've had an ok premier league season, there has not been many league games where we have really took control of games regularly, we are far from good,

As I stated above I'd rather have a striker with raw talent with passion and hunger as to what we've had to watch this season, convinced he'd score more.

I reckon he will end up back at Villa if he has any say in it. Already been talk if Villa went up they wanted to buy him, he is first choice there and no more than a bench player with us.

Do you think that Giroud, Higuain or Michy are good enough?

If not, then (assuming the transfer ban stands) I don't really see what we stand to lose by giving him a chance next season.

Selling him would be a mistake for sure.  I wouldn't even mind if he stays at Villa for another season long loan, but selling him would be a terrible decision.

We absolutely won't sell him. Even if he is not the next Aguero or Sarri type forward he is a bright talent.

Personally I think he should stay at Villa. He will start every game for them and in the Prem. If he comes to Chelsea Sarri will give him a couple of games. If we get the ban and decide to take him back it could be a bad season for his development.

May as well sell him now. If he does well at Villa then we've wasted a season. If he fails his value bottons out

This winds me up whenever I see it in regards to our players out on loan.

They are sent out on loan to impress. Abraham has done that. Twice. He may or may not be good enough but the least he deserves is a chance to prove himself in the first team squad.
