    Great thing Michy is in good form. Only problem is we have spent twice as much on Alvaro. If Michy gets the nod early on and starts banging in the goals we have a good situation. Conte said Morata is still some way behind his fitness so I'm guessing Michy is the numero uno atm. If Conte forces Morata right away we have a super-frustrated Michy by January...

    Agree, he is not even looking at him. Someone is just trying to make a fuzz out of nothing.

    ah didnt know , i closed the tv as soon as we lost :( hazard probably told him something funny...

    Feel a bit sorry for Michy today. The red card ruined the game for him, it meant we had to play in a way that exposed all his weaknesses.

    The difference Morata made when he came on was enormous. Showed the gulf in class between the two. Not just the goal but all over the pitch.

    Great point. Until Batshuayi gets better at hold up play, he will struggle in a 1 striker system heavily involved in hold up play by the striker. The only way we can help him thrive is in a 2 striker system with him not leading the line.

    It was more then obvious after the charity shield game against Arsenal that Batshuayi is no target striker. Morata did much more in 15 minutes in that game, then Batshuayi did in 75min. For me it should have been an easy decision to start Morata today and I don't buy the excuse about him lacking understanding how we play, atleast not when Boga was starting as well.
