Everton Vs Chelsea (PL) Sun 30/04 2017 KO 14:05 GMT

Whether he believes it or is using it to motivate his players and play mind games with ours, poch is coming across as a man who expects his side to overtake us and claim the league crown, and will be disappointed if they don't.

For them to do that they need is to lose 2 games, or draw two games, or rather only win 3 of our remaining games and no more. You have to believe him and his players are looking at everton being their best bet for the first of those games and if we can beat them you have to believe that will crush them a little.

I really don't care if Spuds win 5 more in a row...,..

have to have faith in our players keeping the same consistent winning rate as the last 33 matches have shown

tomorrow a win (would be nice), draw (a point) a loss (shy-te) but CFC will still sit atop the table. Then there are 4 winnable matches (if tragedy strikes tomorrow based on prior disappointments this season the team bounces back with wins)-

Boro at home , WBA last away, Watford & lastly Sunderland at home.

Id put money on winning the prem by a single point if that's what it takes. That will piss spuds off enem more.

Everton are doing well at home, but champions elect always find a way. Think there will be goals and don't think RK will play 3 at back. Lukaku is their obvious threat but cut off his supply lines and they look pretty average. Need a defensive master class and Kante & Matic to rule the mid.

COME ON CHELSEA

Dreading this game. If we win this we will probably win the title quite comfortably. If we draw and the Spuds win, its only two points difference, but if we lose........... God help us.

COME ON THE CHELS'!!!!!!

Think we are all dreading it cause football loves irony so if Spurs were to steal our title as we stopped them last season....

“We are talking about two great strikers. But you know that Diego, for me, is the best striker in the world. I hope he will be decisive in this game and from now on until the end of the season."

I know having confidence in your players is important but wow. Thats a very bold statement and hopefully it gets the best out of Diego

I hope there's a certain karma and if Arsenal or United can't stop them Leicester can pay us back for last season

Strong referee required today. Costa  needs to channel his aggression and avoid the wind ups. If we play them at football we win...providing we have got our set piece defending back on track. 3-1 chels

Costa's performance in S'ton game gives a light hope that we might have a chance in this one too. Win this game and the title is very very close.

Even if Costa does not play well his performance last time out means they will not take any chances and mark him carefully. This type of match is what I like about the EPL no one can call it with confidence..... Come on Chelsea!

Everton love to out in a performance against us, that can be seen in a tomato can like Naismith scoring a hatrick in to us, now being that my mums Scottish I follow the national team and he is as useless as an arsehole on an elbow, but something about Chelsea turns crap players into superstars, so expect a World Cup performance, we neeed to put them in their place from the start with an early goal, these games are never tactical always high scoring matches, should be in for a good game, can't see them out scoring us and with the sh*te from the lane having arsenal right after us it's a good time to test their character, if we get back to 7 points clear the league is won, this is a critical day of football.

I think it unlikely Spurs will beat both arse and Man U.

Well they play United at best possible time and I only see Spurs win as three days before United have their second leg against Celta so Spurs will have few days rest better while United may have focus switched. Then today, anything can happen but form book wise and player for player, Spurs should have too much both hopefully Arsenal but a spanner in the works. Arsenal have improved since copying our 3-4-3 but let's see how it works against Spurs.

Very nervous for this one. 3 points would be a massive, although I would settle for a draw if spurs also drop points.

Hopefully we get an early goal and everton lack the fight to put up too much of a fight back with there season effectively over.

Big day in the title race.

Nervous about this one, 3 points here should just about see us over the line IMO.

On the plus side, West Brom couldn't score in a barrel of fannies at the moment, so worst case scenario we're not doomed.

I'd still like you to think we've got what it takes to win the game though.

Whatever will be will be. We can all hope we win our remaining games, but it is what it is. There are rarely any certainties in life, and especially in sport.
