Another home grown player to fill out the quota. With Drinkwater and even Cahill possibly moving on, we need to reinforce in that area. Smart move given he is unlikely to play.

Would certainly take Pepe Reina for a year or two. Much better fit than other keepers in the market like Butland. Strengthen other areas and go big for a keeper next year.

Go to Milan for the next big thing of goalkeepers. Come away with Reina who liverpool let go cause he was not good enough in this league. Lol well done negotiating team...

At least he’s good at saving penalties. I guess he is decent stop gap keeper and more importantly, fits Sarri’s style. 

25 million Euros is a pitiful offer for one of the top 5 keepers in Europe. He can leave for nothing next season but I'd much rather that than lose him for a fee we could get for one of several surplus players we have at the club.

Makes far more sense to just keep him this season, the money we are getting isn't significant and we are severely downgrading our GK.

Not impressed with whoever is sanctioning such deals.

And therein lies the problem with Twatter.  Someone says something,  and then loads of other f**kwits repost it so it becomes quoted by other f**kwits and then people start saying it must be true because so  many people are posting it.  AND then some lazy "journalist" on the Mail or the Sun picks it up and publishes it because so many people have posted it, and then hundreds more post it because it was in the Mail or the Sun.  And then normally perfectly sensible posters in here start referring to it and posting links and wetting their pants about it, when, in the vast majority of cases, it's just some original f**kwit made something up  to get clicks or re-tweets to validate their inconsequential existence.
