Costa was never perfect and he was always going to leave. Did you forget that Costa was looking to move to China in the middle of the season when we were trying to win the league? And when he didn't get his move, his head had gone and he played like sh*t for the rest of the season. Have you forgotten about his push for a move back to Atletico Madrid in the summer before he left? 

Conte didn't help matters with how he dealt with the situation, but he certainly can't be held responsible for selling Costa when Costa himself was trying to force the move multiple times throughout his time with us.

we have seen this at Chelsea before. the way they play, these players already decided the fate of Sarri, they look totally uninterested to play.

I'm almost relieved I can't actually follow this game other than on radio commentary.

He CHOOSES not to play with one even when there’s one on the bench so yes. Whether you think Giroud is good enough is another matter but at least it allows Hazard to play to his full potential.

While you raise a good point about the striker, if you look at this performance you will notice that we look better once Giroud came in than when Hazard played the false 9. Why didnt we start with Giroud in the first place ?

Costa was also dreadful at playing with his back to goal, like utterly awful, I couldn't tell you how many attacks he used to ruin.

Maybe Costa was just frustrated and trying to provoke. 

It is well-documented that Conte‘s action was without the knowledge of any club official. That alone is a sackable offence.

The fact he signed up 54 minutes ago makes me suspicious, could be a coincidence but still think it’s suspicious.
