Imagine another season with players that fit his style better, he's pretty much had to utilise an inherited squad that played in a completely different manner under Conte.

This also includes a full pre-season for him and the squad to.

I`m not sure I believe that, but if its true then its hilarious to see him play the media like the bunch of f**kwits we all know they are ha ha....

Sarri has his faults and the team certainly went through a soft patch but in the end he made the system work. He also eased RLC and cho into the team and let palmeri earn his spot. For me t was freshening up the team with rlc’s  midfield drive and Palmer is pace that got us over the slump. He moved morata out of the team. Really he’s managed it well. Jorginho has been a success and Kovacic has done his bit.  Congratulations.

Neither do I, but you can put money on if it was Mourinho people would be saying it like its a fact.

If he leaves it was a very nice end to his tenure at the club. Yesterday we looked like we did at our best at the start of the season and it was very refreshing to see.
I think he's leaving for Juventus since there are a lot of reliable reports from Italy about him being their first choice, and some of his comments post-game yesterday suggested he's leaving but if so it was a good end for him here.

The club is clearly not sacking the man so please no outrage if he does leave. If he does it will be by his own choice.

Not sure if it has been posted, but our management team, what Dons.

Despicable ! Smoking in the dressing room and endangering players lives, all in front of the cameras. Sarri has surely crossed the line. The dressing room has been lost, nobody can find it for the smoke.:laugh2:

"Sarri can't motivate the team during halftime"

"Sarri's not a trophy winner"

"Sarri's football is sh*t"

He answered all the criticisms in the 2nd half of the final despite not having a full squad, bad press, abuse from fans and etc.

The last 2nd half of the season, we played great football.

Destroyed Arsenal so bad the arsenal players almost left without clapping the Arsenal supporters and deserved the trophy. Great show!

Maurizio Sarri's agent, Ramadani will meet Chelsea management to negotiate him signing with Juventus.

Ramadani will leave for London in a few hours.

The goal is to study an exit strategy that can please everyone.

The final decision will arise from this meeting.

Sarri has a contract and I'm pretty sure the club wants him to stay. He is not a charismatic leader or head for the club but he knows football. There were some reports Sarri has not always said the right things to represent the club but I think that is pretty normal.

There are number of reasons why he would want to leave:

-Juve wants him. Juve is bigger than Chelsea.

-He is italian and it would all be easier in Italy for him.

-He wants to smoke.

-He has a good chance in CL with Juve.

-Chelsea is losing the best player.

-Chelsea cant buy new players

-Chelsea is facing an uphill battle for a year with a narrow squad and two key players will miss half of the season.

Credit to Sarri for winning the Europa League and securing a top 4 spot.

I'm not going to lie, I was in favour of Sarri being sacked in February after thoroughly unacceptable performances against Bournemouth (4-0 loss), Man City (6-0 loss) and losing to Man Utd without a whimper in the FA Cup in addition to our general decline in form from last year.

However since the FA Cup elimination, he's been able to steady the ship and secure a top 4 spot and winning the Europa League is more than enough to grant him a pass mark and a chance to manage us next season if he wants that opportunity.

I never hated Sarri, but was highly sceptical when he was first appointed. I still remain sceptical as to whether he can propel us to the next level and narrow the gap between us and the top two sides, but I credit where its due.

There's nothing better than eating humble pie. I think most people critical of Sarri are happy to be wrong because it means we're successful as a club which is our main goal as a supporter base.

You said it best brethren!

I doubted Sarri as well. In the end he has produced a great season on the back of the Conte farce and no pre season. Top 3 and the Europa league is a really really good season and he deserves credit for it as he stuck by his principals the whole way through, got Jorginho playing as he knew he could and gave chances to and developed RLC and CHO as well as Andreas.

Thank you Mr Sarri, and good luck with Juve. I am glad to be proven wrong and you won your first major trophy with us.

I really hope he stays. Its going to be so depressing if we lose our best player and potentially our best manager for a decade.

I'd be interested to see the results of a new vote.

Our best manager for a decade?! You cannot be serious??

I said potentially. Helps that all our managers since Ancelotti have had serious failings.

My personal view is that if he stays for 2 years, we will develop back into a top top team and we would have a consistent style of play and be competitive. There is no manager we've had who get us at a high level for more than 2 years. I think Sarri has the potential to be that.

Notice how everyone in the photo looks like they're play acting and Sarri is the only one who is actually inhaling.

Mourinho in his first period at the club built a team that did great for three seasons under him and a core that lasted us for almost 10 years. So i'd say that's a bit of an unaccurate statement.
