Exactly that - well said. His positional awareness is also great - second only to Silva!

There's a few moments where he tries to play perfect passes in our own half and gives it away, stuff like that he will learn in time. But I was impressed with his play today, he's excellent when he's running towards the back 4 and his constant work rate.

I think eventually once this team clicks he'll start scoring quite a lot of goals, it's just going to take time with all the new players we have here.

International break after Sheffield United game isn’t it? Thank God for once, should mean he’s back game after that, all going well, fingers crossed for him.

From an interview on ESPN by "

I help Timo with good passes on the pitch and, at the beginning, he helped me out with a lift to the training grounds," he added.

"

Nice to have a small dig

I think he tested positive 2 weeks yesterday so should be back training this week. Let’s hope he is nicely refreshed and hits the ground running.

Bloody hell, it's hard to imagine someone as dour as Havertz's countenance suggests he is making a joke that good.

Out for the next game due to fitness matters...

Oh no, was really looking forward to watching him. Source?

Hopefully, Kai can get back to match fitness and be available for Tuesday. Having COVID is no joke and hopefully it was only mild and he doesn't have lingering effects of it. Wish that for every player that has tested positive.

I wouldn’t worry too much about Havertz being out, I mean Kovacic is more than good enough. He scored 2 a couple of days ago, perhaps he’s a streaky player, he may go and grab us 3 goals.

He won’t start and he shouldn’t. He is a player we will be lucky to have in the future and he was unlucky with covid, but he won’t replace the midfield and front 3 at present until there’s a poor performance.

Kovacic should start against Spurs tomorrow but as soon as Kai is back in full fitness he's in the starting lineup.
