Worst game of the season. We didn't deserve a point from this one.

I'm just wondering how Watford are so low in the table...how we managed to get 3 points is mystifying; for the most part we were shocking all over the park.  West Ham up next and that's going to be another hard fought game but with a bit more finesse...I hate December.

We were awful tonight but happy to win obviously. 

Tuchel needs to stop these mass changes, I know we were struggling with injuries but this was too much. 

On another note really pleased that Claudio seems to be turning them around. Still love the guy. 

What is with fans storming onto the pitch to get a photo or shirt lately? Don't they realise it freaks the players out to see somebody run towards them like that?

Definitely a night when the 3 points was far more important than the performance.

Incredibly hard fought but three points and three very important points at that.

Alonso, RLC and last but not least Saul Niguez are not good enough for any side with title ambitions. Azpi is not a good enough wingback either so injuries are really killing us right now with both wingbacks and all three top midfielders out.

Phew ... 3 points ... that's a relief. What a tough watch that was ! Can't recall a game in recent memory where we had so little control !

Big win despite the performance. Praying that we’ve a few midfielders back for West Ham. Saul and RLC are a disaster in there. 

Bad performance, lucky to get anything, let alone the win. Lots of players below par, and another injury to add to the list. Still top though.

Well, that was hard fought to say the least. Not many positives to take out from tonight, except for the result. We certainly had more luck than brains. However I think we deserved a little bit of it after Burnley and Man Utd

In the end, the result is all that matters. Champions win these games even when they're not playing well! Roll on Saturday!

Considering how we typically collapse around Christmas time this is a great result. Wtf is going on with the injuries though?! Like Liverpool gave Chelsea the injury bug.

Really agonizing match to watch. We were lucky got 3 points. Granted we are missing some key players especially in midfield which showed.

 

Makes up for not grabbing the full 6 points in the previous 2 games

Should have taken 3 points on Sunday and took 1.

Shouldnt have got anything tonight and got all 3.

2 starts for Saul in the PL hooked at half time both occasions. Send him back. Need to know what’s going on with Kova seems like he has been injured for a year and no one even knows what happened, kante and jorgi are close so not panic stations. 

Not fun viewing at all. Showed how vulnerable we are with a couple of injuries.

Saul should be on his way to the airport as we speak.

RLC grew into the game but his pairing with Saul just didn’t work. 

Sad to lose Trev too! 

Mount showing his class as usual, made one scored one. 

Mendy his usual reliable self.  

Ziyech man…he is all over the place. Can’t pass most of the time but scores our second goal. 

Havert put a good shift in and tried his best, but as usual no good end product. 

Top of the league and 3 points, that’s the main thing!
