I got a feeling, this petition, and even muttering from the Team, that Taylor brings instant distrust, those muppets might see to keep the heat off him, 

Going forward I think the way to officiate is like Rugby union, miced up so the crowd can hear, concise instruction, and linos who get involved, they get the big calls correct, not like VAR, and the blind c**ts like M.Dean etc…

Need a panel of refs on VAR at each game, and a tennis esque challenge system. 

3 challenges per game. If your challenge gets upheld, you get to keep it. 
 

On this case, if Taylor cheats, we get to challenge and have the corrupt bastards decision reviewed by the panel of refs. with the live discussion and determination broadcast in real time. Media would love it.

The game would last half a day, but the drama and real time transparency would be worth it.

Mike Dean admits fault saying he should have asked Taylor to view the footage on the monitor. He didn't deem it a violent incident at the time but changed his mind now.

Yeah but motherf**ker is it not impeding an opponent like a shirt pull is, it should be a free kick minimum.

VAR does not work like that. It interferes for fouls in build up to goals, offsides, penalty calls and red cards. Not for general free kicks.

Dean had no choice to say this and likely has been forced to given players, managers and ex refs have all said he got it badly wrong.

Where is our apology though?

Yep. Mike Dean didn't want to be the fall guy so he threw Taylor under the bus. 

We all know that Taylor wouldn't give the red card even if he watched it again.

I can't believe how we were f**ked so perfectly with all the technicalities. But still Romero got away with a retro ban so PGMOL reviewed it and said it's not a red card, Mike Dean after discussion with colleagues thinks he should have asked Taylor to review it, he didn't say he thinks it's a red. All points to them not thinking it's a red anyway.

Can't expect a bunch of baldies to have any sympathy for a guy with long flowing hair I suppose.

Or alternatively they did exactly what the PGMOL , PL and FA wanted them to do, hence Taylor rewarded with a game on Sunday.

To add to the above, I don't believe Taylor or Dean made a single mistake in the game vs Spurs. They followed what their employer's wanted them to do.

PL is one of the top if not the top league in the world. But the level of refereeing in England is a world wide joke.

If that was the case we would experience this more often from other refs. But we seem to encounter these issues much more consistently with Taylor. So either Taylor and Dean have some personal bias, or they are the only refs corrupt enough to follow these instructions from this mysterious person above them. I would say if there really was somebody controlling them it is almost certainly related to betting as so much money is now involved in Sports gambling.

Totally agree. "In hindsight" is maybe something Taylor could get away with, if there was no VAR. But Dean reviewed the replays for minutes and not seconds, not to mention he is highly experienced. If he was still on the fence he could have easily put the onus on Taylor to make the call by asking him to review the screen. But we all know that once it gets that far the decision almost usually ends up getting overruled. So he chose to ignore it to make sure we didn't get the call.

It's just a red. It's amazing how some pundits are confusing the issue. It's a red. All day long. As clear as day. It's as bad as clocking someone in the face or a head butt. 

Same as the offside. It's offside. Richarlison is interfering with play. No question about it.
