November 6, 20223 yr Aubameyang has less energy and commitment than Broja, he just expects to get the ball on a silver plate and Havertz can't deliver him that.
November 6, 20223 yr Zakaria, Kova, gallagher, broja, and gallagher. And i could see us winning this.

While both teams have been poor, Arsenal have definitely had the better chances. They haven't done anything at all or looked threatening. Considering Arsenal are a team with all the hype about them brushing teams aside, teams being scared of them, and how they are City's best challenge this season, they have not created any clear cut chances. They are playing against a weakened Chelsea side too. Edited November 6, 20223 yr by enigma
November 6, 20223 yr Considering my expectations 0:0 is ok. Defence, so far, and with Jorginho a hero is doing ok. Cucu is managing saka.
November 6, 20223 yr Take off havertz for broja and replace rlc and Mount with kova and Gallagher so that we have a solid midfield and we win.

Apart from allowing players to stroll past him, thinking that he needs to mark players from 7 yards away abd being outmuscled by Odegaard...Odegaard for Christ's sake, Stephen Hawking wouldn't get outmuscled by Odegaard! He has been sh*te. As have RLC and Mount. You could take any, or all off at half time and none could complain. Well except the Jorginho family on here who liked that he made a block, got up and pointed.

November 6, 20223 yr All I can say to this is I miss TT. I can't believe we sacked him for this ... We have not imporved at all. We look worse if anything. Such a stupid decision.

Such a stupid decision. We were the same under TT. Its certain players getting picked that's holding us back. At least potter has gone with a back 4. We just have the wrong players in midfield and attack.

November 6, 20223 yr That was awful. Outplayed in every single area of the pitch. The only reason why we are going in at 0-0 is because Arsenal are overplaying things. Every single player doesn't seem to know what their job is or what they should be doing. The midfield is especially horrible, they have no idea how to handle Arsenal's press. Jorginho thinks he can just play that same way he always plays and think it will be fine, but it won't, you're getting destroyed mate. Remember when we had Lampard, Essien, Ballack and Makelele destroying Arsenal's soft midfield? Well this is the exact same thing Jorginho is experiencing right now. Loftus-Cheek is playing at that sh*t same tempo he always plays, so he was always going to offer nothing. Havertz has had two brilliant opportunties to put something decent across the box, but as usual, he just kicks the ball like he doesn't give a sh*t. It's like the way I expect a player to kick a ball when an offside has been given. Sterling isn't helping defensively at all, which is leaving Azpi's old legs exposed against Zinchenko and Martinelli. Azpi has done alright actually, he's used his experience, but that can only save him for so long, his body won't let him keep up anymore. Aubameyang, waste of time signing him. He can score goals, but you need more than that, especially in a side with zero creativity in it. He's an embarrassment in all honesty. He moans about Arteta not being able to deal with older players and bigger names, but the simple fact is that you don't belong at this level anymore and Arsenal are better without you. You're sh*t and your ego doesn't fit with what you have won in your career. Rant over, now let's get on with the 2nd half.

Me and many others think he's been the best player in midfield by far. Clearly the only one who's doing any work defensively and have intercepted Arsenal on numerous occasions.

Potter just has an absolute hard on for putting players out of position and shoe horning the biggest underperformers into the team ala Mount and Havertz.
November 6, 20223 yr WTF is wrong with Arteta...he needs to be taken down a peg or two. Thinks because he's top of the league he has the same privilege as a real manager

November 6, 20223 yr That wasn’t as bad as I expected to be honest. Could probably do with two players more energetic and involved than Aubameyang and Loftus-Cheek but never mind…
