If the team was doing well the players as a group would be much happier. If the had a bas**** cu*** manager but they got results they would put up with it. Conte wasn’t there to be liked he was there to win the league. He took average players as well as very talented ones, changed the system and won the league.   Moses never heard of before or since became a great wing back for that one season. 

He managed diets, where players stood on the field etc. he was the boss, not the sugar daddy.

So Poch has now come our and said everyone at the club, not just him, should should under review. 

That combined with him not talking with the owners since the league cup final, does point to him knowing he is gone and is now speaking out cause he is gone either way.

Before everything he said was positive towards the owners and directors.

No he is not. Am glad he has done this as it is the best thing he has done for our club. Many fans have pointed out the issue with our owners and directors but Poch is the first current Chelsea employee to come out and say that.

Now hopefully the fact most of us viewing him as a poor manager does not detract from this and the match going fans make these points clear.

Unless you want to settle for 8 plus years of this same situation cause the leeches at the top care only for making money medium to long term, hence Todd being chairman on 20mill a year.

Have you got the video of Pochettino saying it? I’d like to hear exactly what he’s said. He would not be wrong, but he should not be deflecting from the fact that he still has this group of players playing as a pub team. Even those teams in the relegation battle (bar maybe Luton recently) look more of a team that we do, and that’s with worse players.

It was comments made after his last press conference to the written media only, so no videos of it.

The two sporting muppets have been given a free ride all season so am glad they are getting called out. They were the ones who chose the manager so it’s on them all this sh*te along with the owners.

If Poch goes the next manager will have the same muppets signing players.

I don't think he's the right manager. But I don't feel like we've sacked a manager who still clearly had the players backing since Carlo.

His switch of Cucu in the second half Villa couldn’t deal with it.

Basically forced a draw through sheer determination. Tactics were abysmal in the first half, players were all over the place as usual. 2nd half we just went for it and caught Villa out.

Poch's system basically needs the players to "care", I dread to think what the season would have looked like if they didn't.

Only got to see the last 15 mins so I can't comment on the game, but we were absolutely robbed of a win here in that game. VAR is the worst thing to have happened to our league, if that goal stands the defence wouldn't complain and also if that incident happens the other way around, defender on attacker, that isn't a penalty, so it isn't a foul. As I didn't see most of the game I don't know if it was deserved, but I'm genuinely gutted that our team were robbed of a great comeback win.

Truly deserved .. two very soft goals and both avoidable IMO if the players did their job.

I think they were masters of their own downfall. We went for a Klopp like chaos ball second half, which i actually quite like. We were so open and exposed defensively but for some reason rather than lay traps and pounce on us, Villa seemed to try to hold what they had, did that poorly and got caught being too open. Fair play to us to have the sheer will to overcome our woeful decision making and eventually get the comeback our effort deserved.

It wasn't a tactical switch Andy. Cucurella just decided he would go there for a bit. Then right wing. Then centre back etc.

Its what he does every game.

This wasn’t given as a foul or looked at by VAR. They pick and choose what’s a foul or not.

I agree with what you're saying - the players are playing for him.

Just wish I shared your optimism about getting 6 points from 2 games. You know we'll ship 5-6 goals across the 2 matches right? Our defence under Poch has been comedy level bad.
