He's looking comfortable in champions league semi finals and he's outperforming thier big signing Kim.

For 3 million he's been a clever signing for Bayern as a back up centre back.

Monaco had the 4th best defence in the league with Badiashile+Disasi pairing. The whole they almost got relegated is nonsense. 

Genuinely willing to give them another chance under another manager.

In Badiashilles case we have already seen what he can do in this league with a good defensive coach (for all Potter's faults we had the 3rd best defense in the league under his watch).

Same here. At least there is some passion and a winning pedigree, that's all I'm reduced to asking for at the moment.

I do actually think Conte would massively improve this side if he was fully motivated, not to the extent he did last time but still significantly compared to what we're seeing now on the tactical/structure side of things.

But what's the odds we get that version? My issues with Conte has never been about his level as a manager.

No need to add any more other than the fact Ligue 1 is a genuine football factory of talent in today's game....

Disasi and Badiashile had a better CB pairing record than Saliba and Fofana.

What's funny is that for all the stick Sarri continues to get, we had the 3rd best defence in the league during his time here. 

3rd best defence in the league with David Luiz at the helm, Alonso at LB, Kepa at GK and Jorginho at DM, all whilst playing a back 4.

Oh personality-wise it's a disaster waiting to happen 

I still think the sh*t he pulled in the 2018 season was unforgivable and left the door permanently closed.

To think he had no options on the bench.. tactically spot on.. luck to tender to favour us today.. by lord we have deserved some.

Players looked as good as dead at around 60 mins but you can tell they really dug deep and gave it their all for Poch. Tactically he got it spot on as well, as he as been doing for a while now actually just not always got the result we deserved.

Caicedo, Chalobah, and Badiashile as well. Amazing what happens when there is a structure in place.... 

By simply inverting Cucurella, we have more presence in midfield in the transition vs Caicedo completely isolated and Chalobah and Badiashile only having one passing lane. The CBs have enough protection as well to correct errors they make, which we saw both Chalobah and Badiashile do. This also allows Gallagher to free roam in midfield. 

Again, why has it taken 33 games for Poch to finally address this?

Credit where it’s due, a good performance tonight and even gave a couple of youngsters some minutes.
