If JFH says it's a penalty then I'm ok with it ... but it looked like the ref probably thought it was an accident to me.

How many times do you need to be told, intent has absolutely nothing to do with the rule. Accidental or not, its a foul. Loads of fouls are accidental, do you think all those shouldnt be given too?

Quite a few of us were saying this when some people were saying we should have signed him over Sanchez, because he`s great on the ball. So what, his primary job is to save shots, and hes shockingly bad at that. His idea of going one on one seems to just sit down for some weird reason.

I think it is fine to request for a ball playing gk if you want to play tippy tappy ball. 

However with United, that is not their main problem. Heck people said united problem are Maguire, AWB, n de gea and it has been proven that these are also not their problem. 

 

Turns out Galatasaray's manager (Okan Buruk) was the same manager who beat Man Utd with Başakşehir a couple of years ago. 

Nice that Zaha got the first, was beginning to think it was just us that old boys scored against.

As expected Liverpool, through Jurgen Klopp, have asked for their match at Spurs to be replayed because of the VAR error.

Would be quite advantageous to restart a game that you went down to 10 men correctly for in the 26 minute.

Because no other teams have ever had to deal with a VAR mistake, right? Or before VAR, no other referee mistakes? Of course it's just Liverpool, and they should be given special treatment.

Remember when they had to restart that one game for the Bruno Fernandes goal all those years ago? Why couldn't they do that?

I say let’s replay the 2005 Champions League semi final with that ‘ghost goal’ if Klopp wants to start going down that route or if it’s just this country only then perhaps the League Cup final where Lukaku looked well onside.

Even Bournemouth who got relegated because of goal line technology failure didn’t make as much of a fuss as Liverpool.

Don't like PSG, but they have been doen there. That was a handball by Lascelles.

glad we didn't get Luis Enrique 

The atmosphere is rocking at St James Park.  While a group stage, it reminds me of Chelsea vs. Barcelona when we went 3-0 - the east stand of all places was shaking that night!

Didn't take long but miss the Champions League.  Hope the players are watching and lighting their fire to get back in the comp.
