Likely would have won the game with Nkuku wasn’t injured mind you. Onwards and upwards. After all. We didn’t see a performance like that at all last season. 
 

just need Ziyech, Lukaku, Sarr ans CHO out the door to free up some wages.

Enzo was so so good, absolute metronome in midfield. Jackson is going to be brilliant for us I think, reminds me of Drogba.

Jackson is the real deal.. the team will take so much confidence from this.. but Enzo!!! What a player.. played like a 200 mil player..

But many of these are new players playing a competitive game together for the first time. It's sort of shocking that only 4 of the starting 11 have been with us for more than a season(Silva, Recce, Chilwell, Conor). Need to give these lads time.

The forward play the movement.. Thai was unreal.. didn’t play like this under TT at any point during our golden period also!!

I get that, but I was expecting us to get beat and not play as well as we just did. Given the current circumstances, I think we can be very happy with that performance. 

Take what you can get out of it, sh*t we didn't capitalise but if I were a Liverpool fan I would be fuming at that performance and worried about the season ahead. It's much better to be on our side.

Very true, I was thinking just the same when he scored.

When Liverpool went 2-0 up (before it was correctly disallowed) things didn't look good. But a fantastic turnaround and we could have won it at the end. Overall plenty to be optimistic about. That was definitely the best I have seen from Enzo since he joined. Disasi had a shaky start but I thought he got better as the game went on.

Decent performance. Draw the right result, as we just can't take chances, as per the last several years.

Better than last season's crap though.

Gallagher was great as a DM. Very surprising

Can you imagine Enzo and Caicedo cooking in the midfield 🔥 

Jackson's link up play was outstanding I thought. He should have scored, but he still had a great game
