Yep, Willian was a good player for us.  But that is the past. 

Hazard was great for us - but I wouldn't want him back either.

Seriously, though, Willian was a good player for us. An underachiever, I agree, because when he was on his game he was exceptional, and he rarely hit the heights of which he was capable.

He's not the player we need to be bringing in now, any more than Oscar or Moses would be.

These italian clubs have been scamming us the whole transfer window. Inter wanted lukaku with both hands but were unwilling to pay the transfer fees and the wages.

Juventus declined when we tried to include werner in the deal for de ligt. But then they came back for him for a cheap loan deal after selling de ligt to bayern. Its the reason why we're still desperately trying to sign a good CB.

That why I feel there's something amiss if they're willing to sell a promising young talent for only 12 mill. That literally is what Alonso is worth today.

I come here to talk about Football and Chelsea and not to listen to abusive and racist posters. IF you are okay that a person says "dirty Italians" then i guess you are okay with that and that is who you are.  I do not want/need to listen to any nationality being described as being "dirty".  Because that is offensive.

One major reason I absolutely hate silly season is the agents' influence inside the media.

Every summer you see all sorts of players linked to the big clubs for absurd money. Players that would never make that big step because they are not good enough, but for some reason they get linked to the very best clubs.

Agents "leak" these stories in the media that allegedly have received an offer and there you go - media jump on the hype train and of course it's all bs and they end up elswhere.

Take the example of this Portuguese guy, Matheus Nunes. Linked to us for absurd money, apparently Guardiola said he's one of world's finest, blah, blah, blah. Next thing you know he is a Wolves player. Ha f**king ha. The next coming of Modric, you would think he goes straight into Bayern/Madrid's lineup the way media hyped him. Lol. More like the next Moutinho.

Since we are looking at future talents as well as ones that make an instant impact I hope we are keeping an eye on Iliman Ndiaye of Sheff United, he is developing quite nicely and has an eye for goal.

I have a feeling that deadline day will be the busiest it's been in years.

Based on today's Leeds game performance we need upgrading on all positions on the pitch.
