He had one of his more frustrating games against Wolves.  Hit it into the first man about 10 times.

At the start of the season he was unpredictable.  Cutting inside or going on the outside.  He should have done better with the amount of ball and space he had at times, but he'll know that.

Even earlier in the season he was still a serial flake in the final 3rd, what makes him decent at wingback is his pace and athleticism help him get up and down and the team up quick on a counter along with surprisingly good defending.

There's a reason he has been hauled off whenever we have reverted to a flat back four to win a game.

He has to work on his crosses at training, Conte probably sees it. He can finish with few assists this season.

But at all other things he has done pretty well. His dribbling is good, he knows how to beat a 1vs1 player, his work rate on the wing is important.

Moses is playing like Moses does.

He's always been an inconsistent player. At times he can look a world beater and others someone with no end product.

Personally I don't think he'll be first choice for us long term because of his inconsistent nature.

He's had maybe his best season ever despite playing in a new role but he's faded heavily since the beginning of the season.

Problem isnt his dribbling or ability to beat a man. Its knowing when to do it and when to pass/cross thats his problem. His crossing isnt that sh*t either, granted it was awful against Wolves but thats not a fair reflection of it imo. The problem is he never looks up when crossing, he just smashes it across so it looks like he openly misses the man when the problem is that he never knew were the man was to begin with. Practicing crossing wont help with this. Like others have mentioned, this is the reason he never made it at the top level as a winger. His outpout is fairly good for a wingback

Think Moses did fairly good against Wolves, he beats his man and fails to deliver the cross. Through the season he has been in good form, had some off games but they all did. What i feel he needs is competition as he has none, Aina didn't really do well as his wing back games for the little time he had to play. We will surely recruit cover for Moses and Alonso in the summer with Europe returning to the Bridge. Conte won't be able to start the same exact starting 11 with midweek games and all the cups.

He just lacks that composure to get his head up and pick someone out. Most of his balls in the box are played blind.

Not sure if he will ever get that consistent end product, and its games like the wolves match, which has fans wanting a better player in there next season despite moses having a pretty outstanding season by his standard so far.

He was a bit of an unknown when we switched to this formation, teams weren't sure how to deal with him, they've got better at it now and its just highlighting his poor crosding and decision making, which have always been a problem for him.

If one manager can make him a permanent threat on the right wing it will be Conte.

He will improve step by step from him and is nowadays a much better and more respected player than before.

Give him the time he needs to bring in his crosses - may be next season, may be later. He´s 26 and he can be our man for the next 6 oder 7 years. Don´t worry - in Conte we trust.

If he got his crossing right, he would have been MOTM against Wolves. If he sorted that out, he would be right up there with the best wingbacks in the game.

He is despite the poor end product for me, however said poor end product is also justifying Jose's decision to keep loaning him out.

If we go deep in next seasons Champions League surely we need to replace Moses . Athletically he is perfects but hes crossing and decision making is very basic

He's in his 1st season as valued squad member (under Fatty he did alright mainly in Europa league) in a new position and doing alright imo.

It's easy to single out individual players performances on a game by game basis - whether factually or subjectively. But football is a team sport and currently the 1st 11 team is top of the league, long may it last (until May). So him & Alonso maybe 'make shift' wing backs but they're doing the business.

None of us have a crystal ball (except for the Ozzy geezer on here) so why bother speculating re players potential performances next season in such and such a competition ?

Moses has come in, impressed one of the better of the 10 plus managers of Roman's tenure, earned and kept his place in one of the best title charges in years. Well done perhaps rather than the bloke aint good enough for Chelsea.

I don't think anyone has said anything other than how great he has done has as a wing back, however his end product is a massive flaw in his game and it shows why he never made it as a winger here.

Infact one of the better of the 10 manager's in Roman's tenure also subs him off almost straight away every time he reverts to a flat back four to search for the win and didn't start him once in the league pre the wingbacks, so i think he has the exact same opinion in that regard.

If anything, I think the problem lies in the fact that, we never have anyone in the bloody box. The amount of times hazard flashes a cross across the box and we have no body near the ball at all. Where is Super Frankly Lampard sliding in to the box to side foot home when you need him?

There you go, fixed that for you.  Very few things are as black and white as you seem to think.

So you rate him as a winger? Why?

You do realise he could have been moved further up to the wing position in the switch?

I've always thought he was under-rated, but your simplistic position I find difficult to accept.  Formation change A happens, player B is sacrificed to allow that change to occur, therefore player B is sh*te as a winger.  We don't get the same sort of fixed view when Hazard or Pedro are taken off for tactical reasons, or when Matic is taken off and Cesc is brought on to change the dynamic.

Moses is a good winger, who has been performing very well.  An iffy game or two at this stage of the season, and the torches are lit, the pitchforks are sharpened and the villagers are massing.  Always was this way, always will be, and it's just the victim of the proposed lynching that changes.  Was Matic earlier this season, Mikel had it for years, Hazard is starting to get it from some f**kwits and someone even had a pop at Kante earlier this week.

What can I say?  Perhaps some measure of success recently has spoilt our fanbase and f**ked up their expectations.  After all, we DESERVE, right?

To be fair, Moses rarely beats the first man with crosses so it's not like there is anything for them to latch onto.

It would be great if this side of his game wasn't a problem because we would have a hell of a player on our hands.

Signed a 2 year extension to his contract keeping him at the club until 2021, presumably he got himself a pay rise too following establishing himself in the first team.

Well done Big Vic.

Since joining the club in 2012 he has so far only made 72 appearances for us, 28 of those this season. I'm sure there will be plenty more in the years to come though.
