Zouma - If Kurt's Happy, I'm Happy!

Featured Replies

Around 6-9 months depending on the severity and then about the same to get back to his previous level.

f**k me, that's a long, long time... hoping for all the best for him.

Really hope he comes back will from this. I honestly see him as our future captain.

Horrific injury and so unlucky, looking forward to see him back with a smile on his face

If it is an ACL injury then i'm sure Azpilicueta can give him some advise on how to move on from it. Azpilicueta had the same injury at Marseille, now look at him, he's turned into a fantastic full back.

He had no reason to come out into midfield and jump for that header. Should have left it to matic or mikel. Sometimes he doesn't look like he thinks and just goes in rashly for these jumps and tackles, and fortunately they have been successful, but this time he's gone and injured himself badly in the process. Hopefully this will allow him to think twice and be more cautious when leaping up like a mad man for headers. Hoping he isn't out for too long and he recovers well from this; the last thing anyone would want is for his career to be cut short because of it.

Apparently he wasn't taken to hospital, but treated in the dressing room, so maybe that means it's slightly less serious. Scan today, and so we wait. Really hope he has a full recovery.

Hopefully he'll learn from this. Know it's not the same, but our girly was taught how to fall after a nasty break in a game of hockey. We then really enjoyed watching her roll, then rise to her feet and run on.

Doesnt mean anything. There are no "treatment" for ligament tears that you can perform immidiately. Going to the hospital would be pointless

Zouma told L'Equipe: “It is better. We will see, I heard something but I feel better. Tomorrow (Monday), I will undergo tests and we will know more.”

Not really news but first I have seen from the man himself since the game last night. Really hope it isn't too serious, Zouma has been our best defender this season and is looking better with every game.

He heard something, thats not good, at all.

Usually a pop or a crack is a sign of a serious enough injury, may not be back this season at all.
