I'm expecting Nainggolan at the very least. It's hard to say what Conte will do, what formation he'll play or how many defenders/strikers he'll use but I think that in any scenario he looks for more dynamism and energy in midfield. 

 

The other issue is Cuadrado. He always seemed to want him and now he has him, but Juventus want him too so he's possibly a valuable bargaining chip. 

 

In any scenario, I just want Conte to be backed by the club and allowed to make the changes he wants. Every player gets a clean slate, there are no sacred cows and his word carries the most sway. 

 

Plus give JT a contract.

One thing that I love about managers is the visible passion they display. I don't think we'll be disappointed by Conte in this regard if the past is anything to go by.

I think this makes sense and I have a good feeling about him as well. He strikes no resemblance to Rafa, Wenger, Pep or LVG in any way. Huge plus.

Welcome Antonio Conte to taking on possibly the hardest job in English football. You basically have to win everything that's humanly possible every season and base your 'philosophy' around overrated, over priced and over paid players that are not chosen by you, and ignore the academy it's just there for show! Good luck.

To be honest I'm quite happy let's see what this guy can do, he may become a legend!

Italy focus more once the tournament starts. Something England should concentrate on. I hope the title of "Coach" doesn't mean he has less say on player recruitment.
