For those of you who don't already know Mod has had to say goodnight to his beautiful little girl recently.

Aimi has battled hard against the odds since the day she was born as have Mod and his family.

There is nothing I, or any of us, can say that will make the suffering and sense of loss any easier for Toby. I wish there was but sadly there isn't.

He has written a post about Aimi which takes a strength that we can do nothing but admire. It is linked to below and I hope many will be able to offer a small donation using the link at the bottom of his post.

A brave little girl is now at rest and a loving mum, dad and brother are dealing with a sadness I can't begin to imagine. My heart goes out to my friend.

Nothing I can say will make the situation any better but my heart goes out to Mod and family. Sometimes life just isn't fair.

A lot of people saying that nothing they say will make a difference, let me tell you that the outpouring of support will only help. Toby and his family are on a long tough road and I have no idea where it will lead but any small help that everyone's kind words might have are well worth the effort. They need us and we have to show that we're their for them.

Truly devastating news. No one can begin to understand what this poor family are going through at this awful time, but what we can do is to let them know that our thoughts & prayers and, our hearts are with them throughout what is undoubtedly, the worst time of their lives. This beautiful little girl will suffer no more but will now rest in peace and be free from pain.

 

God bless sweetheart and may the family find some small amount of comfort from the love & support of Family & friends around them at this saddest of times.

My heart goes out to Toby and family. I just cant imagine what you are going through.
