Just read that Bayer Leverkusen are interested in a loan for Sarr. Maybe that way we can save one or two million on Havertz 🙂

Saw the notification for a new defender signing on my phone and thought it was Silva. Completely forgot we were also linked with Sarr; did they say where he was headed on loan, or just that he is headed out?

Just announced on a 5 year deal...out on loan straight away...

We went from "Our Next Signing is Havertz" at the start of July to possibly signing three other players before announcing the Havertz deal in Early September.

Probably because we can't sell any of last season's centre backs ... we've signed two for the future in Mbuyamba and Sarr, with Silva imminent, and Ampadu intent on staking a claim for a squad place, so I'd surmise the plan is for at least one (if not two) of Rudiger, Tomori, Zouma and Christensen to leave, if only on loan ... but no takers yet. Tomori loan to Rennes as part of the deal for their keeper Mendy would be one bet I'd make ...

Can't see Rudiger leaving 

We'll either sell Zouma or Christensen or loan Tomori 

We don’t need them as back up defenders when they didn’t defend as starting defenders!!!! Might as well put a horse on the bench and let them play back up. 
 

This bitter taste in my mouth sure is hard to get rid of.  

Marina and DJ Khalid are the same person, change my mind.

I wonder where he’ll go on loan. I hope it’s an EPL club.

I think its better to start fresh with a new thread. No point moving a thread over when its full of posts from before they were Chelsea players.

Great business. Easily one of the best passers among CBs even at this age.

I've never watched him, I've never heard him but I want him to stay. This is exactly how bad Rudiger, Zouma and Christensen are.

With Ampadu sticking around I would personally go with Silva, Zouma, Ampadu and Rudiger and loan out Tomori and Christensen.

 

Loan Tomori to Rennes as a sweetener for Mendy.

Loan Sarr yo Bayer as a sweetner for Havertz

Loan christensen back to a german club to allow him to rebuild his rep and increase his value hopefully.

No point in that he's been out on loan has been back for two years and he's clearly not good enough if we get an offer sell him.
